I called CubeSmart and the gentleman who answered could not have been more helpful, patient and focused on helping me find a reasonably priced solution. We arrive at CubeSmart where Rick immediately comes outside to greet us BY NAME and welcomes us, provides a quick tour and tips - even gives us water bottles. And this is EVERY time I've had occasion to interact with them - from when I first negotiated my rental to setting up my account to finally closing the account when the weather improved and I no longer needed to store my car.
