Truck renters park in front of our…read morehouse constantly (we are right next door to their parking lot), when I ask the car owners why they park in front of my house instead of using the parking lot, I am told the employee at the Uhaul advise them to park in the street instead of using the parking lot to ensure someone driving a truck does not ding their car door, meanwhile the Uhaul employees use the parking lot. Next time you rent from them consider the inconvenience to the person who live there that maybe elderly, handicapped or even a parent with kids... any of them could have groceries and unable to get them to the house because they have to park a block away, or if it's raining or snowing and have to walk a distance to get home because the Uhaul rental at this location is not providing parking for their customer.

One year later it was over $300 and I first downsized and then had to get out of there. Seond, when I asked the rep how much my next increase would be, she said she didn't know, maybe $10 per month, maybe $20 per month, maybe $40 per month. Increases are supposed to come every 6 months, but they raised mine after 5 months. Finally, the people here( particularly the person from "corporate" that was present in the facility and who I had to deal with, but others as well, are so incredibly rude and downright nasty, on that basis alone I would never use this facility. I have never encountered worse customer service. I ultimately moved out of that facility and my moving company also mentioned to me that the people in this location and their whole way of doing business is awful. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were impressed by the cleanliness and ease of getting in and out with our own access codes as well as being able to have our own lock on the unit itself. Would highly recommend. Staff was friendly and helpful on each occasion we needed their assistance. The let us rent a truck, and were there every step of the way with a difficult move.

I flew out from the West coast to help in the process as my sister had lifting restrictions and her husband couldn't take off work to prepare for the big moving day. Long story short, we were way behind on having everything packed/bubble wrapped/ready to go when Percy arrived. Percy single-handedly carried 150+ lb dressers/coffee tables/etc down the 3 flights of stairs that my brother-in-law and I could not manage. (Of course, no elevator in my sister's building). Percy also helped us finish up our packing/bubble wrapping (sharing tips on how to do it more efficiently) in addition to packing up our UHaul truck AND the two UHaul shipping container/boxes. The guy is a packing-Tetris King! He's also just about the nicest guy you'll ever meet, which genuinely alleviated our stress during the move! I would NEVER recommend booking with this company and I hope U-Haul ends their contract with Moving Help. To force me to rebook with other movers for the next day, at 5 PM on a Sunday, without so much as a text saying they couldn't make it, is totally unacceptable.

I've never dealt with a company that was so swift to fix any issues I may have had during my move - they were keen on listening to my needs and even went into depth discussing the day and some of the reasons these issues below might have happened. Because of the 180 in the service, I would definitely recommend them. It shows that they do care about their company and making it grow -- as well as ensuring the customer is happy!
