Yesterday, around 3pm, I needed to take couple of boxes to store in our unit which is on the 1st floor. They have 3 floors. Well, parked the car in their parking lot, went to get a dolly or some kind of a cart to load the boxes on it and noticed that they were closed. Couln't get into the office nor inside our unit. Boxes went back into my car. What a hassle. They sell boxes, to pack your belongings, U-HAUL van/truck is also available to move your belongings from car to the unit or vise a versa. Every unit has it's own prices, and overall the place is nice, medium size units. They also have small and large units. Depending what you are in for. They have surveillance cameras everywhere. The reason for my 4 stars is because of their business hours. Please check your hours, and stay in the office until closing time..

I just wish the scheduling person was as communicative as Jose. The scheduling experience was not great - the person on the phone kept mishearing me. I clearly told them my house has 2 bedrooms and a bonus room, but in reality they only planned for moving 1 bedroom, resulting in understaffing, which made me ended up paying more because of the long hours and overtime. The scheduling person didn't even get my name right...the scheduling experience was pretty bad. But the actual moving experience was good. I guess next time I will just have to be extra cautious with the scheduling office.

The owner personally came to my home, inspected the area I wished to drop my box and where Pods had refused to drop, and the next day his driver came to my warehouse to drop off an empty container, waited while we loaded it which we had completed in under 30 minutes and then took my To Go Box to my home address where it sits now happily in my 75 foot long 1949 drive way by my garage:) The Driver could not have been more gracious, helpful and courteous. Just the day before the Pods driver had been disrespectful; pompous and uncooperative and thus I canceled service with them (they lost a 7 month service contract) and now happy as can be with To Go Box!:) There are many choices via these mobile storage boxes, as is I have tried three; Pack Rat tried to add on unmentioned delivery fees not listed on their website thus I canceled that; Pods practically impossible to communicate with by phone unless you want to wait 40+ minutes and then luck of the draw if the driver is professional and courteous or not and then lastly of the three To Go Box whom I love and will happily use until my work is done:) I cannot say enough positive things about this business and it's people.
