It's a lot of stuff. Burbank Self Storage was recommended to me by a colleague who does the same job I do and he raved about this business and the owners that run it. I have to say, I could not be happier with the service here, the location, and the extremely kind and charming host, Rhonda Cantu. I grew up in Southern California in the 70s and visits here feel like an experience from my childhood. There's a real woman behind the counter. It gets good reviews as far as pricing and I forget the percentage she told me, but she said she doesn't hike the price up much from year to year. Every door is on ground level and you drive up to it. It's clean and Security is good. I have an irrational urge to rent a bigger one!

Located conveniently off the 5 freeway, it turned out to be a storage facility that has a staff that actually cares about their customers. Yolanda is the site manager and this intelligent and kind person made sure my storage needs were met. Even when I was just looking the place over, she never tried the "hard sell" approach. Her warmth and willingness to work with me made the decision to locate here the easiest one I've ever made. Ben is the Assistant Mgr who is always on his feet, constantly in work mode. Each time I arrive, he greets me by name. How does he remember my name? Anyway, he is so proficient at his job, always checking to make sure everything is functional and up to par. Amjad is also a site manager and this gentlemen is always walking inside and out, greets me as he passes by my storage locker and makes sure I have everything I need. What a trio of competent people. This facility has giant garbage bins (a first for me as I've never seen a storage place that has any for customer use) and a clean washroom for customers. I wish I knew about this location sooner. Take my word for it, Extra Storage in Burbank has a great location, indoor and outdoor storage lockers and a staff that likes their customers. They are competitive price wise and is a very secure site. I'm so happy to have my personal belongings there and you will too.

I followed up numerous times to speak to a manager about damage to my belongings and nobody ever followed up. There was black soot from the explosion that seeped from onto my things. I was told someone would reach out within 72 hours multiple times and nobody ever did. The district manager finally reached out...he was one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to. HIS NAME WAS TOM DICKENS. It's no wonder everyone working at this business is awful if he's the example for them. I moved my belongings into another business and I would recommend you do the same if you want your things to be safe.
