When I came back to my unit, I found roaches crawling all over my inside boxes, on furniture, and even in items that were sealed. This wasn't a small issue either, it was a full-blown infestation that clearly had been building up for a while. There is no way this level of problem just appeared overnight. This tells me the facility is not being properly maintained or cleaned, and there's a serious pest control issue that management is either ignoring or not handling effectively. Now I'm stuck dealing with the stress, cost, and emotional toll of trying to clean or replace my belongings. Some things can't even be saved. I trusted this place with everything I own, and they completely failed. I would not recommend storing anything here unless you're okay risking it being ruined

My new adjustable bed was damaged by water and a rat that chewed the edge of my bed frame. Water…read moredamaged caused noticable stains on the top and bottom of the material. The bed remote was soaked with water and doesn't work anymore. The remote is $400 itself. The frame is in bad shape. The storage manager doesn't want to honor the insurance claim. He also refused to allow code enforcement to inspect the unit. Unit 210 is in bad condition. The ceiling is caving in and water leaks in from the roof and underneath the unit door on my belongings. This company never return my phone calls. I'll keep up the fight for my belongings being replaced. The court will decide.

The storage units are clean and modern. Staff is almost always unavailable on both the customer service phone line and the property management. Restrooms (that we pay for) are always locked and you will never find a staff member to open them. The rates are a flat out lie and they will "market adjust" your unit with a 30% or more increase after 3 months. They do not offer any introductory rates and will be rude when you try to talk to them about billing

As it turned out, I needed to have the hitch added to my setup, and they squeezed me in for a last-minute appointment so that I could keep to my schedule. The trailer I wanted was not available so they upgraded me on size and didn't charge extra! After they set everything up, they offered a short walkthrough of the trailer and gave some driving and navigation tips. We were able to make the trip home safely and comfortably, knowing that we were taken care of. All said and done, the reps were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.
