We have bank statements showing we've paid every month the same time every month but we pay a late fee and now suddenly he's trying tell us that we're paying for the prior month when we have statements showing we've paid for every month. now Mike's trying to double charge us and claiming he's gonna sell our unit if we don't pay buy money order for the past two months when we have statement showing we paid every single month time to find a new storage unit someone who actually values their customers he clearly doesn't. This facility will sucker you in with low prices for the first month and then the prices jump significantly each year. If the facility was well maintained I wouldn't mind the prices so much but sadly that is not the case; the roof leaked in my unit so most of my stuff is now moldy and rotted. The door seal on my door and all the other doors around the facility is rotted away completely so there are bugs and all of my stuff is dirty now. Some of my stuff is still wet, I don't even know how that's possible - it's the end of August! I tried to bring this up with management so that they could take a look at it and get a claim going but there is no one on site and they do not answer their phones. I pay $200+ a month for a storage unit the size of a broom closet, I would think the least Public Storage could do is maintain their facility and answer their phone. If I can't trust that my stuff will still be safe then what am I even paying them for?
