My previous review in 2014/updated in 2022 hasn't changed, Public Storage still doesn't understand pricing models. This years jump is from $157 to $200 for a 5x10, and they've stripped out any options to email customer service. read more

This place is a convenient and nice place that meets all expectations. The people that work there are pleasant and helpful. They are easy to talk to and can relate. The one worker Josie deserves commendable recognition. From the very first moment she helped me I knew that I was going to love my experience. On 06/04 it was about 4:30 when i pulled up in the u-haul truck and the service rep Jenn i believe thats her name, was helping another customer and answering the phone by herself, and doing it all with a smile and very polite acknowledging that i was there and was very helpful getting the space that i needed for my belongings,it was a wonderful end of the day experience,i can tell Jenn enjoys helping others. read more

Excellent experience: helpful, friendly, well-organized staff and spotless units. I rented a 10x10 climate-controlled unit and asked to be notified if a larger unit became available. The manager, Renee, remembered and contacted me! I had the option of transferring to the larger unit, but I elected to rent it as well. It is in different building, but, conveniently, very close to my first unit. Both buildings are clean and comfortable with dollies available for transporting items. read more

this location is very unprofessional!! every time I come in or talk to someone I am asked/pressured into leaving a great review! u don't do that! if u provide excellent customer service then trust your customers will write a great review on their own. now I don't trust this location at all and as soon as I was asked to leave another damn review they lost all "cool points" so I am moving my items to another location. so everyone don't believe the reviews. smh. idiots read more

I've used Public Storage in 3 other cities, without issue. This was issue, after issue, after issue... They tried to charge me for all sorts of nonsense. They lied to me. They sent me a casual email saying they were doing checks and noticed my lock was gone...found out THEY cut it off. But they said they didn't open it...they couldn't come up with legit answers faster than my reasonable questions. Only then, did I see a sheet of paper over the desk that said "unit inventory". "You didn't open it???" "Welllll...uhmm...let me look in to that situation" Cherry on top. I had to go buy a NEW lock because they destroyed mine (my property) for no reason other than they have no clue what's going on. I paid up, in full, for a month and a half, and gave them my move out date. I was out. Lock taken with me. A few empty boxes that I could not drag half a mile to a dumpster with all I was dealing with. In a 10' X 10' unit...I'm then told that I owe another month because I left the unit "over 50% full". I'm not SURE where they learned percentages. But 2 small cardboard boxes in a 10 X 10 unit is slightly (facetious) less than 50%. I had pictures to prove my case. They didn't care. Talked over me on the phone, rude, nasty...just gimme gimme gimme money. If I didn't pay that next WHOLE month rental. Then...I would be charged the "auction fee" of TWO MONTHS AND TWO MONTHS WORTH OF LATE FEES. Pay them...to sell a box...so glad to be out of there... read more

If the rules are not available in writing for the customers to review in order to obtain another unit at a different location, meaning the 7 day vacancy waiting period and the inability to receive discounts due to this rule. This location along with the corporate office need to get on the same page and not make the rules up as you go, it's fine I found a place that appreciate my business. read more
