Within 1 day Nam Nguyen had a perfect black-and-white print from a photo I emailed to him - and here's the kicker, he didn't charge me for it! Said because we're neighbors (I work on the same block as his shop) it was on the house. And the photo print in black and white is perfect. So rare to meet someone like him, someone who actually listens and is interested and does his best to make someone happy.

He asked me some questions I didn't know the answer to regarding the kind of paper. He then said he would have to add a rush fee if I would like it done within the next two days. He sent me a estimate for around $75 and said my file needed alterations. I told him I'm sorry i wasted his time I just can't pay that, he rudely hung up quickly after that without saying anything. So I called Office Depot and they didn't have any problem with my file and was able to print it out in 15 mins AND only charge me $28. I am all for supporting local businesses but this was clear they were trying to up charge me and got mad when I kindly declined. Horrible.
