I had an absolutely horrible experience this morning that should have been just a simple phone…read morecall. I take a medication that is a controlled substance, which I have taken for 4-5 years. As prescribed. I always call in a few days before I am out of medication, so that I can schedule where I am that day for work. This morning I called in to ask the same thing. When asked, the pharmacy technician laughed at me and said, "yeah, that's too early to fill, is there anything else I can help you with?" And I reiterated that I was fine on the medication but just wanted to know what day I can refill. This medicine has also been on back order for months, and often, I have to call multiple pharmacies to find it and it is crucial that I be proactive. She replied, "you can refill the j day 28, just count from the day you had it filled. And then said thank you" and hung up. I was really almost in tears as she was clearly implying that I was trying to fill my prescription early. I was embarrassed by someone who is supposed to be a healthcare provider. I composed myself and called back. I asked for a manager, Jayda said "she's not in". And I asked when and how I could speak with her and she said, "she's on maternity leave. I don't know." So then I asked if there was a corporate email or phone number that I could reach out to. Her response was, "Mr. Hazell, it's on Google." And hung up on me again. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office and will be having my prescriptions transferred to another Kroger pharmacy. I will stick with Kroger Pharmacy as I have only ever experienced helpful and friendly service from others.

This is by far the worst Whole Foods in the entire area. They want you to pay a ton to shop there…read moreand provide an experience worse than Walmart or Kroger. I got stuck at work late and had to be near Dunwoody at 630, so around 6, AKA dinner time, I stopped to grab food since I wouldn't be able to eat until after 9 if I didn't, and the pizza bar and hot bar were virtually empty with the remaining food being completely stale. Pictures included. This is not the first time I've come here around lunch or dinner and it has looked like this. KENNESAW STORE NEVER LOOKS LIKE THIS! SANDY SPRINGS STORE NEVER LOOKS LIKE THIS! Since this was my only opportunity to eat for the next 3 hours, I got a slice of room temperature pizza and went to the line. Self checkout line was 10 people long, and during a busy time they only had one live register open. This store is being failed by its management. It's beyond time for a change. I placed a mobile order at 11pm and chose the 6-7pm pickup time the following day. They did not…read morefill it, did not give me any prior notice that it needed to be rescheduled, and rescheduled it to two days after I ordered it at a time that was not convenient for me. I went to the store at 5pm to request the order get fulfilled and find out what happened, the store manager informed me that they had "an overwhelming amount of orders" and that "Aldi should never have allowed that to happen" and couldn't fulfill the order because it was "first come first serve". I explained to the store manager that I placed the order yesterday and chose the latest time for pickup, my order should have been fulfilled by now; they offered no other resolution and kept scanning other customers groceries and essentially just gave me the "oh well" attitude. They offered me the following solutions: "you can shop the order now, you can pick it up tomorrow" or you can get it delivered." I informed the store manager that none of those options worked for me, that the delivery fee is over $30 not including a tip and I live over a half hour away. They could not be bothered to help me in any way. I got more assistance from Aldi corporate than from the store manager. I later learned from corporate that Instacart fulfills the pickup orders. Regardless of who was responsible, my order sat unfulfilled for nearly 16 hours with no advance notice, and the only solutions I was offered were to shop the order myself, wait another day, or pay extra for delivery. Will not be returning to this store.

Take the Kroger on 92, quite dirty, produce wilting in place and meats that you'd probably prefer to buy elsewhere. Fast forward to this Ingles. I shopped here today for the first time. Wow!! So very clean! Well stocked, fresh produce, amazing meat department, superb bakery. The only problem I had was finding things, LOL!! Large store, clean as can be with spacious aisles. Oh, unlike so many other grocery stores I've shopped at, I asked as employee a question and received a very courteous answer. I'll be back to shop as a regular customer here. It's a bit further away than others grocery stores from my home, but such a pleasant surprise is worth the extra 7-8 minutes.

It was so tasty and enjoyable. I felt like being back in Skandinavia where you don't have to have huge meal, you can just enjoy good "coffeehouse moment". Service was friendly and prices were reasonable. Even I liked drinking my coffee from a paper cup and didn't mind eating my pastry from a paper plate. We were not rushed and the noise level was not too high. I will go back. Good place to eat a light lunch and carry on a conversation with a fiend.
