We love Schlotzsky's sandwiches and have enjoyed them from Texas to Virginia. We do not eat pork and often ask for turkey to be subbed for the salami on the turkey original. This store says " they do not sub" they don't do it. We have had other stores gladly accommodate. read more

Definitely have to give it to this place after a recent visit! They finally underwent the much needed renovation and now the place looks great and feels wayyyyy better than it did! In addition, service was on point this time around as well. The staff was super friendly, attentive and helpful from entry to exit. I love Schlotzsky's. It has been a while since I've been to one, because I thought they shut down. The food at Hwy 92 location was great. However, after finishing the meal, I looked at the receipt and saw we were each charged an additional $3.90 for a drink and a bag of chips. I'm on a limited income, as most of us are these days, so when reviewing the menu, I chose the "Meal Deal" because it had the best value. I specifically searched the menu to be sure it didn't cost extra. The menu shows: "Sandwich Meal Deals. Meals include a regular drink & your choice of our famous chips". (Photo attached) When I saw the receipt, I went back to the front of the store believing I missed something. Nope. The menu board doesn't disclose this additional cost. I didn't complain in store because I didn't want to cause a scene. I'm leaving this review and plan to contact corporate. Do the right thing Schlotzsky's and tell the truth and let your customers decide whether or not to pay the extra charge. This is downright deceitful. read more

I like Schlotzsky's. I've enjoyed their sandwiches for years. What's it been? Like 25 years or so. I haven't had a Schlotzsky's sandwich that I didn't like. I almost always order an Original (sandwich). I love those. I think now though - they don't put as much meat on the sandwich as they used to. It's still good but not AS GOOD. You can order a Deluxe Original Style which comes with a lot more meat but I haven't had that yet. I don't like it when restaurants cut back on portions and then charge you extra to get what used to be the norm. This is the closest Schlotzsky's to my house. I wish it were closer. It's in a good location though, on hwy 92 just west of 575. I've found the service here to be fast, friendly and personable. read more

This place was really good. I loved my sandwich and the people working was super nice.

First off we have always loved Schlotzsky's sandwiches and food. Prob would have given today's experience a 3.5 stars if we could. Staff was nice and everyone wore masks, the place was clean and tables were socially distance. We got the large ham and cheese and added turkey. The sandwich was really good but going to get a regular size next time. We also got a pizza and it was average at best. I for sure have had better pizza at Schlotzsky's in the past. I stood in line to order, no big deal as the place was busy. I ordered a #1 and what I wanted only to be told (with an ATTITUDE) that I was ordering the wrong thing. Ok, my fault. Then I tried to describe what I wanted again (plain turkey sandwich) and experienced the attitude AGAIN. I then said never mind and walked away. Lady seemed to be relieved that I wouldn't be ordering. No worries, I will not be back. I really like their sandwiches and have overlooked the uncleanliness of this place for several years now (tables are almost always are dirty). If you can survive with an dirty restaurant and an attitude serving customers, then you better have a REALLY good product. This place has gone down hill. I don't know if ownership has changed, but it used to be nice, now it doesn't seem that they even care about cleanliness. The young man at the counter was very friendly. There were 2 other people in the whole place, seemed like maybe they were the owners. One of them told me the ice machine was broken. Instead of handing me a cup with ice in it in a sanitary way, he pointed me to a bucket full of ice. The kind of bucket they collect dirty dishes in - I told myself it was clean, although I t had 2 scoopers in it with the handles laying in the ice spreading everyone's germs. I went to sit down and wait for my takeout. All of the tables in the vicinity were dirty, the floor was sticky, and the doors and windows look like they haven't been cleaned in some time. I go here a fair amount. I love the sandwiches. This time, I went in on a Friday afternoon on my way back from a Home Depot run. I stood around for a couple minutes. I was the only one there, and the employees were in the back chatting. Then they came to the front, still chatting, not wearing masks, and did not acknowledge my existence. One of them grabbed something from under the counter, then they both went back into the back. I shrugged and walked out. Went down the street to Cylantro's for some awesome tacos and a basic acknowledgement of my existence as a customer. read more

I don't know anything much better than Schlotzsky's chips which they make themselves. The jalapeno cheese bun option is one of the best for your sandwich and I always add their hot sauce to my sandwiches. Join their rewards program and sign up for their emails to get free items. read more

I used to live in Canton, GA. I frequented this Schlotsky's deli weekly 15 years ago. It WAS amazing. I recently visited this location when I was passing through town and was extremely DISAPPOINTED with both the food and the service!!! They were out of Sourdough bread and Broccoli cheese soup!! Out of sourdough brad is like KFC being out of chicken! The staff were dismissive and uninterested in satisfying our multiple questions. Once we received our food- there was VERY LITTLE meat and sauerkraut. ( I ordered the Rueben) Overall, I wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating but I had to choose at least 1. There IS a reason why they are all closing their stores and going out of business- the business model and management/owners must have changed since 15 years ago. read more

Placed catering delivery order online, order never came at time on confirmatiom email. Called catering number and they were closed. Called store, said they had no order in their system and no deliveries being made. Order charge now pending in my bank account and no food delivered. Yay! Abysmal customer service. My wife and I stopped a few days ago to get dinner. It was 6:30pm. As we were waiting to order, I noticed they had a sign up that said "All Pizzas $5.99 after 4pm everyday!" So, my wife ordered a sandwich and I got a pizza. After we paid I noticed on my receipt I was charged full price, which was several dollars more. I pointed it out to the cashier and said it looked like I was charged wrong, and asked if I could get back the difference. After looking at the receipt said, "I can't do a refund. You'll just have to pay full price." I explained no, that wouldn't be happening - they have a clear sign up that indicates pizzas are cheaper after 4pm, so why would I pay more? She looked at the receipt again and said it's my fault for not mentioning I wanted to do the deal, and it's only valid if I tell them when I'm ordering. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she said wasn't there. I asked for her to call him and she said he'd tell me the same thing. So, I told her to cancel the entire order and give me back my money. Guess who suddenly was able to get hold of a manager? After multiple calls she got my order refunded - after asking if I'd just like a refund for what I overpaid. Too little too late. I would have loved - and preferred - to just get my money back for the difference, but after being told it's "my fault" for not ordering correctly, this is not a business I want to give $1. read more

In at 2:15pm, The place was so dirty I had to clean the table myself. Trash on every open table. Sandwich was really good. I watched an older couple have to clean table and wipe chairs before sitting down. I told them it's a shame you have to clean up before sitting down. I have been coming to this location for at least 15 years! I love the owner and the food. My favorite sandwich is the deluxe original on sour dough! I have ordered their pizza and a few different types of sandwiches and never had a bad experience. It is always packed so order online if you want to save time. Their BBQ chips are my favorite. I crave them! I live in Acworth, but anytime I am in Woodstock and need food this is my go to place. Maybe you just need to know how to order. Just had lunch there not good sour dough bread and a whole lot of lettuce no meat ben there before no problem must have a new owner no quality control thought it was a franchise? WONT back. Thought I would give it one more shot,still is terrible ordered the pastrami on rye. I like the bread but for 5.95 they could at leases put more than 2 small slices of meat kind of a rip off. Good sandwiches unlike any other around and Cinnabon need I say more? The staff will heat and top your Cinnabon while you eat your sandwich.

When we walked in there was no one to be found in the sitting area for the guests and no one working behind the counter. We saw that they advertised Cinnabon so that's what we came for. We got Cinnabon bites and a normal cinnabon. The girl who came out after a bit was clueless as to how old the cinnabon products were. Had no idea how to prepare them, she didn't smile, and she didn't seem very prepared. Giving it one star for the cold dry food we had and the very poor customer service we recieved. read more

We were treated very curtly by the manager or owner for using the free sandwich promotion that you get for downloading the schlotsky's app. My friend said that she felt like he made her feel like a bad person and I independently felt the same way. Not a good vibe in the store because of this critical manager/owner. Also the sandwich seemed smaller than usual.
