I was told I'd receive a picture of my $120 arrangement before delivery. I ordered on a Friday and received no such notification of the arrangement before delivery nor did I receive a receipt. I called back on Saturday and spoke with someone else who supposedly cleared up the issue they had with a wrong email. (My email is primarily my last name, the same one on the billing info so I can't imagine how they had it so far off) I tried calling again Sunday but they are both closed and don't have any answering service to leave a message. Monday, I called again and spoke with yet another person. She was happy to school me in "how these things happen" which really sent me through the roof. I finally got the email straightened out, which has led to 7 emails from them now. 5 emails on the Monday after my 3rd call back, 3 of my receipt and 2 poor photos of the arrangement I supposedly purchased for delivery (3 days prior). Today I have 2 more emails of the same poor photo of the arrangement asking for a review. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your floral needs. I'd rate them with zero stars, but that doesn't seem to be an option.
