Publix on 378 Hendrix Crossing. has the worst service, I use to love going in there but now the employees do not want to help you especially the ladies in the bakery. I waited around for about 15 minutes and no one would still help me until I asked for help when they were just looking at me as I was waiting. They were rude & definitely was not polite and all I wanted was a cookie cake as said happy birthday. I definitely will not be going back. read more

Pharmacy promised to refill Tuesday morning, 2:00 pm not filled, said it to be another 20 minutes. Had almost 6 hours to fill. The staff at edge of rudeness, must move all business to competition. Not first time service been lacking, staff could mentor CVS. Been with Publix for 15 years. Time to change. read more

Publix has everything I need. Always fully stocked, and friendly employees. Love the Publix store brands. The deli subs are always awesome!

I never have any problems with Publix... online or in store. The complaints I read sound like nitpicks. Staff is helpful, the store is always clean and stocked. Publix is not the cheapest - so I dont shop there for bargains. If I go there, its for convenience and choices. They often carry specifiic things I cant find elsewhere. I've noticed the cleanest not up to standard in the Bankery. Every other Publix Bakery I go to the put plastic covers over bread. The female pharmacist can use her discretion to fill a pain medication or not. Just know you cannot transfer these prescriptions elsewhere to use a non-judgmental pharmacist. The female pharmacist will make you feel the lowest of low and treat you like a drug seeker. She can use, her entitlement judgment to fill any of your prescription ! She must be a pharmacist and a doctor. My doctor knows exactly the medication I'm on and was discussed before electronically sending this new prescription over to get filled. I don't know what to say besides, I really do love Publix. Here in the south of their considered a more "northern" grocery store. I don't know that I would agree with that, but I don't disagree. I find their fresh flour selection impressive for a grocery store. As for their bakery, most everything we make is pretty yummy, but there Chicago hard loaf/dinner rolls, which are made fresh fresh (if you are a bread lover, like me and my husband....they are to die for. Given that my husband has heart disease, too heart attack and six stents a month after turning 54. We are certainly more cognizant of what we are putting in our mouth. Publix makes it significantly easier without having to sacrifice flavor. Not only do I recommend this supermarket chain but I am also a loyal customer. read more

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I never shop at Walmart anymore. Publix got the best produce that I've ever seen.

I specifically come to this location because I've had such great experiences here. The BOGO deals are great, as are their sandwiches!

How do you provide a review on a supermarket? That's just amazing? I'm going to try. Employees are beyond helpful and friendly. They will go above and beyond and out of their way to help you in whatever way they can. Their dairy, whether it's milk, yogurt cheese their dairy is top notch, I refuse to buy my dairy anywhere else. I get my produce from local stands during season but when it's out of season I'm getting it from Publix. About the only thing I will go to Walmart for anymore is the expensive big bulky packaged items like large packages of toilet paper or paper towels And some toiletry items. Everyone compares them to Lowe's food, but there is simply no comparison. No one is friendly at Lowe's and they are exceedingly more expensive and their meats are not top notch like they are at Publix. The deli can take some time but it's because they make sure they take the time with every single customer. Regardless of the request you have in slicing whatever meat or cheese, they will accommodate it and do so with a smile. I've seen a few reviews specially, on this particular store that's almost a year old complaining about not having enough items or staff... Hello, Covid? If that is your biggest beef/complaint, then I suggest that's a champagne problem and not a real world problem. I would definitely recommend Publix. I can't believe nobody has rated this yet. The best grocery store in the area. I'm from the north so it reminds me a little of Wegmans. Very nice staff. The selection is great. And the prices are usually very good. Especially when its buy one, get one. Very clean, and a very good overall shopping experience. read more

The fish man acted like I was doing him a favor by shopping and refused to give me the cuts of salmon I wanted. i was searching for an item and someone stocking shelves ignored me when I asked. This is such a clean and welcoming grocery store. I've never had issues here and I have to say every single employee has been nothing but helpful and personable. I left the store once with a couple pomegranates that looked perfect but when opened were rotten. Called them up and let them know and they said it'd be no problem to return and it wasn't. I've never had issues with catering, subs or the like and always get great quality food from here. Especially the meat and produce!! read more

If there was a 0 star option I would put that. This is my first time in this publix and I'm highly disappointed and won't be back . We had literally 1 item and 2 express lanes were closing and wouldn't even open even though there was lines ( about 5 people per each line with smaller orders) this isn't how a buisness should be ran. This Publix is in a great up and coming location. The store is always clean, the parking lot is always clean, the associates are very helpful and have a pleasant attitude. I don't mind paying a little extra when it comes to my groceries because I know that Publix is all about QUALITY. read more

Today I shopped at the Publix on RT 378. My problem was with the deli. There were 6 people behind the counter. There were a few slicing meat. No one acknowledged me or the gentleman before me. Finally someone waited on him. She may have been a supervisor because she had a blouse on but no name tag. After she finished with the gentleman she stood there and talked with the other employees. Finally I said there is 6 of you working back there is anyone going to help me. She walked in the back . One of the young men stepped up and helped me. Terrible customer service. read more
