He went over everything with me in detail, discussing what I did and did not need. We discussed what my goal was (paint and chip protection, and window tinting) and he happily went over the options available. Never once did he upsell me, and he made sure I knew exactly what to expect. After almost a week my car was ready. But the weather was pretty bad. He warned me that he might keep my car until the weather cleared if there was any chance it would adversely affect the work that was done. I really respected this, and I was happy to follow his recommendations. When I did pick up my car, I was thrilled. In the end I had gone with paint protection film, ceramic coating and window tint.
