Some of the wires broke apparently in the tire. I did not believe that at first and I did not see any indication of any thing wrong with my tires, but I went along with what they said because they are the professionals. I picked my car up after the new tires were installed.. driving down harrison It had the same rattling at 40 mph. I called them irritated and said did you test drive this vehicle? They said they did which I dont believe. . long story short they said the problem is my drive train is worn out and I need a new one. they claim that two different problems were causing the vibration. the likelihood in my opinion of having two different issues causing the same problem is pretty much unbelievable the reality is they either misdiagnosed the problem or they are crooked. either way I don't want anything to do with them again. I bought four new tires at $862 which i believe were not needed. That they conveniently profited from.

I was nervous a bit to be honest cause I know some mechanics can be "rough" on treatment (like leave a scratch or dirty the interior, etc. When I arrived, comfort wasn't immediate, but as soon as I discussed with them as to what I needed done to the vehicle, I knew it was going to be in good hands. If I took it to the dealership to have them perform the Diagnostics Scan Codes it would have cost $140.00 and it would have been there all day, but I would have gotten a rental car. When I asked Jeff how long it would take him he said an hour or less and I asked why the difference between him and the dealership and he explained it to me and also said that the scan itself would only take an hour at the dealership as well. I saved myself $ 50.00 and pulled a chair outside his shop, enjoyed the breeze and in no time at all the work was done!! Yes, he (Jeff) reset the Code and I was Happy!! This all started by me thinking I could charge it because it wasn't getting cold enough and probably was a little low. Well it got worse. C&L told me someone over charged it and that they would only change me for an hour of shop time. They could have taken advantage of me but they didn't, that means a lot to me. Lessen learn to me. That's why they have a vary expensive machine to check the A/C. Thanks Doug

Took my Ford escape in to them to fix my transmission and had it for a couple of weeks then told me…read moreit was fixed and charged me all most $1500 and I only had it for a couple days and was having trouble with the transmission and took it back to them under there supposed guarantee and had it for almost 3 months and then told me that they couldn't fix the problem and turned around and charged me another $500 for doing nothing to fix it in order to get my car back. Tried to talk to the supposed Manager and he was a total joke and shouldn't be running a place like that. Now I will have to take them to small claims court and deal with all that headache in order to try and get my money back. In my opinion do not have any work done there or you want be happy.
