The salesperson Kerri lied about our agreement and the owner Kevin did not back up his contract to complete the job. They wanted to deliver the bad carpet and walk away after they cut it in small pieces. Unbelievable! Also blamed thier installer for problems the business created. EVERY carpeted room is buckling & will need to fixed, ALL vinyl flooring is buckling as it was not glued down, LVP flooring is pulling apart. Literally every room has major flooring issues.
