Stopped here before going to the beach. There is parking on the side, as well as some extra parking in the Walgreens area. The people were kind and friendly when I entered. There is only indoor seating. We put in 4 orders- 2 quesadillas with steak, 2 orders of tacos. It took about 15-20 min to get everything. I would say that the food was a bit dry and lacked flavor. The rice and beans that came with the quesadilla looked like they were from the day before. It wasn't my favorite Mexican spot. read more

Been twice and the food is delicious, Guacamole is the best, great flavor with their homemade chips. Good salsas. Server was nice and attentive. Place was pretty and clean. I've had the mole sauce and it was so good, also tried the chili rellenos, all the food and desserts were delicious. They did put added gratuity for a party of 6 so make sure you expect that. Magical tamales and great menu. I have tried many Mexican spots and this one had my favorite chicken tamales. Maybe my 2nd favorite green salsa beside my sister's green salsa. Enjoyed the homemade thick chips with three kinds of salsa: red, green and spicy. I decided to try memelas with beans and green salsa. This places is decorated so cute for such a small place. Feels like we were back in Mexico! We were here to celebrate my son's birthday. Our server Dalia was great. She checked on us and was very attentive for such a large party. We practically had every appetizer. Lol they were all good. We all had different entrees everyone was pretty much happy with their selection. The only complaint was that the chicken burrito really didn't have enough chicken in it, hence 4 stars instead of 5. My first visit to Pueblo Magico and I was quite pleased. The dining area is cute, very colorful and cheerful. There's great Mexican tunes playing keeping the atmosphere festive and with the delicious aroma coming from the kitchen you. Will certainly be in a good mood here. The service was absolutely fantastic, there a great vibe from the women who helped us and generally from the staff passing by our table to help other patrons. You can see from my pics that the portions are generous. And the food was delicious. Stopped by for lunch today after an appt in the area. Authentic, great tasting Nexican food! Had a delicious tamale with chicken. Came to the table in a corn husk. Masa was moist not crumbly, and very tasty. Chips and 3 types of salsa definitely above average. Taco plate had 3 tacos with chorizo and steak together in a homemade corn tortilla. Very good tacos! Food tasted good but gave me food poisoning. Only the 2nd time I've eaten here and I really wanted to like this place. Also i understand being busy but having to wait 45 minutes for a burrito and a tamale just to get food poisoning from it, really felt like they just don't really know what they're doing in that kitchen. I ordered the chicken fajitas, but received the steak fajitas. They came to the table, sizzling on a cast-iron pan, great presentation. Unfortunately, the flavor just wasn't overly seasoned, as if there was no seasoning on the onions, peppers or steak. Kudos on the handmade tortillas, they came hot. I stopped in here after being next door at Belford Brewing. I have driven past this place many times before but never stopped in, so was finally excited to give it a try. The inside is super cute, and bigger than it initially seems. In addition to a few tables and the pickup area in the front room, there are more tables in the back. Our server was very nice and very attentive, always checking in with us. I ordered three tacos and really enjoyed the al pastor tacos. On the side were plenty of limes, cucumbers, and radishes. Our server also brought out two salsas for the tacos, which were good. The tacos are on the pricier side, though the food and experience was enjoyable. Came here on a whim as we had driven by it previously and wanted to give it a try. The ambiance was very casual and welcoming. It is a bit of a drive but let me tell you, it was well worth the drive. Their food is FRESH. The tortilla chips were light and crispy without being overly salty. Guacamole was spot on and my Steak Torta was great! I am very impressed with the freshness of the food and the speed of service. The only reason this review has four instead of five stars is due to the Horchata, which my fiancé got and said it tasted very watered down. Otherwise, the flavors and seasoning speak for themselves. I never take the time to write anything negative about a restaurant I frequently visit however on October 11th I called ahead to PB like on usually do on my way home from work I ordered my usual chicken tinga tostadas with a small side of rice and beans... why they charge extra is another issue when I arrived my order was out within 5 minutes great out the door on my way home I'm famished at this point no time for lunch at work that day To my surprise when I got home they gave me the wrong order Honest mistake it happens although it's early and the restaurant wasn't busy yet. I call them and explain the mix up and was asked if I could bring back the wrong order I kindly declined as I didn't feel like getting back in my car after a 45 minute commute home from work They delivered my found 30 minutes later thanked the driver Food was cold and not as good if I had gotten it when I was supposed too the driver asked for the wrong order back, luckily I didn't open the burrito yet. My husband and I just had dinner at Pueblo Magico on Leonardville Road in Belford. We were warmly welcomed and happily surprised to get a table as it was Mother's Day weekend. The service and food were excellent and the food was served hot. We each had the Magico Combination Platter. My husband cleaned his plate and I had half to take home as the portions were generous. We ate a bowl of their homemade tortilla chips before getting our dinners-we ate every single one! Such a great place so close to home and it's a BYOB. It was mid. More like 3.5 if that was an option. Memelas and tacos lacked some moisture though after adding green/red/cheesy sauce, they're much more enjoyable. Between the ambiance and the delicious food, this place is truly magical. Ok, maybe magical is a bit much, but the few times a month we go out for dinner, this place is well worth every penny. My family frequents ny after and are very immersed in truly authentic tasting cuisine. This is not it. While it def was home made, it tasted exactly like that. It was about as good as I could have done in my own kitchen following a recipe. The spices were a bit bland and there was no real pop. The service was very very nice. But slow. Friend told me i would love this place - and they were right!! I prefer Mexican restaurants that use fresh tortillas and don't smother everything in cheese, so that was nice. I'm sure you can ask for extra cheese if that's your thing. They have nopales salad (cactus) which is AWESOME! We got the Tinga tostadas and steak/chorizo tacos. Everything was delicious! Everything was amazing. From the moment you walk in the door. You are greeted warmly with genuine kindness as if you are being welcomed into a home. Everything we ordered was so fresh and homemade. From the tamales to the enchiladas and everything in between. Fresh ingredients, perfect temperature and tenderness. The steak was cooked perfectly and everything was nicely seasoned. They even had Horchata and they serve their drinks in terra-cotta glasses making it so authentic and perfect. They even have handmade pottery for you to buy and take home. The atmosphere is authentic the decorations are traditional. It's an all-around wonderful place to go. We found it by simply driving by looking for a place to eat while waiting for our hockey game. I've had my eye on Pueblo Magico and finally stopped by for lunch over the weekend. As soon as I parked my car I could smell the delicious food and had a good feeling the food would be great. The restaurant is authentically decorated and has a warm and inviting ambiance. We were quickly greeted and seated. Our waters came out in these beautiful artisanal glasses which helped it feel even more authentic. The food was fantastic. I loved the chorizo tacos and my husband really liked his quesadilla. Based on Yelp reviews we went here last night, 6/4. I try to eat Mexican once a week. I wanted to give a different restaurant my business. It was worth the ride. It's next to Walgreens at the traffic light of Main Street and Leonardville Rd. Kind of a hole in the wall. Small parking lot, but I don't think anyone cares if you park at Walgreens. The atmosphere was families and couples like us. The waitress wasn't that well informed but did a good job none the less. Our beverages were served in these really cool clay cylindrical vessels, I've never really seen anything like them. Decor is a little kitschy, but I like that. It just has an authenticity to it. Be aware the menu items do not match what you're charged. They said they're working on it. It's still reasonable. There's also the up charge for credit which a lot of businesses are doing. Chips and salsa were around 2.50. The salsas served are not what you get in a jar. A mild, medium (salsa verde), and hot (think lava) are smooth but very good. Use the hot sparingly! The corn chips are thick but thankfully not oily. My guess is homemade. My wife had a salad she thought would be taco style in the tortilla bowl, as I said communication wasn't great. She still loved it. The chicken added was tender and delicious, seasoned perfectly. I had the Combinacion Magica, which was yellow rice, refried black beans(my first time having those), skirt steak, a little slab of what I think was panela cheese, a generous serving of guacamole, unbelievably fresh pico de gallo, and what seemed to me to be very fresh, toasty warm white corn tortillas about 5 inches in diameter. I want to say 5 of them? I was in a food rapture, unable to remember my own name, or take photos. That's why I'm trying to describe in extra detail. Seriously, the best tortillas I've ever had. The food came out very quickly, the place wasn't real busy. The steak was thinly sliced, also a very generous portion. I'm not a huge black bean guy but those refried beans were outstanding. I devoured everything. Clean plate. Next time we go I will try a smaller dish so I can try the churros with ice cream, the description alone had me barely remaining conscious.
