***OUT OF STATE BUYERS, BEWARE!!!*** Worst possible experience! I am a buyer from CA, I speak to the sales rep and ask for a video walkthrough and I specifically ask to be shown any imperfection. She sends me the video and in the video states that there are no imperfection; "the car is in awesome condition!" When my auto transporter gets there to pick up the vehicle, he takes pictures all around the car, and sends them to me. When I received these pictures I was shocked! There was clear and evident signs of a front collision!! The front grill was broken, the paint in the front was severely scratched, the bumper is loose, etc. All throughout the vehicle there are significant signs of off road use. I have been trying to speak to the general manager to discuss this situation for 2 weeks and have had no luck reaching him. Apparently he shows up for 1 hour to 1.5 hours a day. I've tried email, voicemail and calling daily and have had 0 luck! If you are an out of state buyer, please please think twice before committing to this dealership. Read more of these reviews!! Don't take your business to this dealership! Side note.. my purchase agreement that me and the sales manager signed.. was for a car with 6,753 and when the driver picked it up the vehicle had 6,813 miles. That's 60 miles that the vehicle was driven after I signed the purchase agreement!! There's a clear reason why their rating is where it is. Please consider taking your business elsewhere!

We are located in Montana and would be flying down to purchase the vehicle. I understand there is always a risk, but this whole exchange felt dishonest. Alpine Ford was located across the street. The sales person at Southwest drove it over for us and we got the inspection report, including a phone call from the technician. He said the car was in Great shape and only needed new tires at some point. I noted that the inspection had failed the scratches part so my husband called back and was told that was just "normal wear and tear" and if there is any, they have to fail it. Not true, but we learned that the hard way. Also, none of the damage was visible in the listing pictures. Don't worry, I wrote a review on their website. Fast forward, we fly to Denver, drive to Pueblo walk around the car and the entire passenger side has clearly scraped against something. Each panel had some damage AND one was dented. Extremely disappointed I paid $320 for a sh*t and dishonest inspection. Dents was passed on the inspection, and there was an obvious one on the back panel wear paint was scraped to the metal. Do better. We ultimately passed on the car, drove a rental car home.

Because we've gotten absolutely no assistance from Auto World we've had to resort to trying to track down a title for it ourselves through the previous owner and the auction company they contracted with to sell the truck but there's a possibility that we will have to apply for and pay lots of money for a bonded title. Frustration cannot even begin to describe how we feel. We certainly won't do business there again and don't recommend the place for any auto buyers.

They didn't require a deposit to hold it, just said they can run the financing check for pre approval and then hold the car. Fine, yep, no big deal. We asked if we could have the Ford dealership across the street for a 139 pt inspection on it (most of my gripe is with them on this deal). Southwest said absolutely, no problem, drove it over for us, we got the report from Ford and said it would Need new tires eventually and had a few "wear and tear scratches". Husband calls the technician to verify the "scratches" that had failed the inspection and was assured it was just "normal wear and tear". We fly down to Denver, drove to Pueblo only to see that not only did the car have visible damage, but one panel the damage included a dent. The Ford technician had passed the "Dents" portion with no notes. The sales person was apologetic and asked if we couldn't see those in the listing photos. My husband pulled up the listing photos on his laptop and there was absolutely no way we would have seen them from the photos (hence why we took it to Ford! F*ckers). The manager came out and told us he couldn't go much lower on the car but could take $500 off OR offer to show us other cars on the lot. I'm good. Thanks. Whole thing felt dishonest. Takeaway, do a thorough body check and maybe ask for a FaceTime video or something to look at the body of the car before traveling to look at one. Alpine Ford will get my next review after screwing me out of $320 for a sh*t "inspection". Note- the car is back listed on their website and the SAME pictures are on the website. At least disclose the damage and be honest about it.

Buyer Beware - Our Experience with Subaru of Pueblo & Solon Automotive LLC…read moreMy parents, who are both in their 70s, visited Subaru of Pueblo with the intention of leasing a new 2026 Subaru Ascent. Instead, after spending an entire day at the dealership, they left having purchased a 2023 Subaru Ascent. The overall experience left our family disappointed and concerned. The salesperson, Manuel Garcia, used sales tactics that my family felt were overly aggressive and pressured my elderly parents into a purchase they had not originally intended to make. The vehicle was represented as having been inspected prior to sale. However, after taking it home, we discovered: A broken driver's side air vent. A poorly replaced passenger-side window with extremely wavy glass that noticeably distorts visibility. Neither issue was disclosed during the sales process. While Subaru of Pueblo agreed to repair the broken air vent, they declined to address the defective window, explaining that the previous owner had chosen that replacement glass. Our concern isn't simply that the window wasn't repaired--it's that a vehicle supposedly inspected was sold without either the inspection or the salesperson bringing these issues to my parents' attention. These defects also did not appear to be reflected in the vehicle's price. As consumers, we expect licensed automotive sales professionals to demonstrate integrity, honesty, and transparency. Unfortunately, our experience reinforced the old saying: buyer beware. Ironically, Subaru of Pueblo and Solon Automotive LLC publicly states: "Solon Automotive LLC is dedicated to truly exceptional customer service, provided by honest, responsible, and respectful people... We strive to be the auto dealer of choice for our customers... and a model of integrity and excellence for our industry and community." Based on our experience, we do not believe that mission statement was reflected during the sales process. I do want to recognize Josh and the Service Department. They were professional, courteous, repaired the broken vent correctly, and completed the work within the promised timeframe. Their service was the bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. While I appreciate the efforts of the service department, I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle from Subaru of Pueblo or Solon Automotive LLC based on our experience. We felt the focus was on completing the sale rather than ensuring transparency and treating customers--especially elderly customers--with the honesty, responsibility, respect, and integrity the dealership claims to value. I hope this review encourages the dealership to better align its sales practices with the mission statement it proudly displays.
