I worked with Tara, Devon, and John in the painless and enjoyable (a word not normally used or expected when purchasing a vehicle) 2024 Telluride purchase.

We purchased our car here and had consistently good experiences with maintenance over time…read more One day while I was waiting for our vehicle during a service appointment, a mechanic came out and told me a cell in our battery was dead and recommended replacing it. I agreed, and the work was completed shortly after. A few months later, after I had moved away, my car wouldn't start properly after leaving a store with my kids. I had it towed to Red Rock Nissan, where they told me the issue was due to a bad battery. It appeared the battery had not actually been replaced and the mechanic believed the battery was still the original battery to the vehicle. Dave Solon and Red Rock Nissan were in contact, and Dave Solon did cover the cost of a new battery, which I appreciated. However, I still had to pay for the tow and diagnostic. I can't say whether this was an oversight or a mistake, but the experience left me feeling uneasy and more cautious about trusting repairs moving forward.

He was fantastic from the beginning. He pulled out several SUV's for me because I had issues getting in between the vehicles. He took me for rides in all of them. Explained all the pros and cons. He assisted me in and out of every vehicle. It was such an amazing experience. I selected the SUV I wanted for my wife and told him the number I could pay. He got me that number and I was very happy. My wife arrived and got to meet Jarrett. Needless to say, she was impressed and now Jarrett has two big fans! Highly recommend Dave Solon Nissan and we will be back. Thanks to everyone involved with our purchase and buying experience! It was amazing!

How did I get so lucky finding this dealership?…read more Seriously, I hunted high and low for the perfect vehicle. I'm the usual for them, a demanding consumer, wanting the lowest price with top notch customer service. And to top it off, they must have my perfect vehicle in stock RIGHT NOW (yes, I know I sound like Veruca Salt). I live in Denver, so loading the kids up for a 2-hour jaunt to Pueblo and a 2-hour snoozefest home, didn't sound too enticing. To save myself the headache (and sanity), I did as much as I could by phone before visiting the dealership. I primarily worked with Pat Daly by phone (Sales Manager), who was second to none. Seriously, best ever sales guy I've dealt with in the entire time I've been a driving adult. He worked with me, talked pricing, discussed and confirmed value of my trade, gave me pricing options (lease vs. buy, and various scenarios in both), etc. etc. etc. I was so worried that I'd haul the family down, only to experience some bait and switch in one way or another (you know, the usual auto buying experience). Nevermind the awesome customer experience thus far, the best part was the pricing. Although not a Costco dealership, Pat Daly chose to honor the Costco pricing to earn my business. Perfect, now all my consumer wants/needs had been met. Time to get me a car. The day came, and I loaded the gang up, and headed to Pueblo. Almost there, I realized I forgot the title on my trade. "Not a problem", Pat said. So I kept driving. I arrive, and meet my fabulous salesperson, Fernando Estrada. He introduces me to my new car, and we take a test drive. I've never had such an easy going, kind hearted, no-pressure salesperson... ever! I meet Sales Manager Pat, and he spends a great deal of time talking me through my concerns of buying and leasing and helping me pick between the two. He didn't steer me either way, but instead listened to my needs/wants/concerns, and gave me information that would help me make the best decision for my family. All the while, I'm sure one way or another, there's a better incentive for him, but I didn't feel pressured to move in either direction. I felt as though I was in a living room with a family member (sans cars of course), chatting casually about my options. Next, my new friend, errrr salesperson Fernando, helped entertain the kids while I got some paperwork done. He was prepared with a laptop a Netflix login, and tons of crayons and coloring books. Brilliant! Then I went back to financing, where the glass-walled financing offices attach to a children's TV and play area. Kids sat and played, while I signed on my new wheels. All the while, Fernando hung out with the kids. The pricing they gave me was PHENOMENAL. Every single piece of the deal we negotiated by phone, was delivered as described. Not one detail missing. Not one bait and switch. Imagine that, an honest dealership! Pat is the reason I came to the dealership, and he + the rest of the team + pricing, are the reasons why I'll be back. I seriously couldn't be happier with my experience down in Pueblo. I got the car I wanted, the pricing I needed, and the customer experience I'd hoped for. They are a team you can trust, to meet your individual expectations, and I think you'll be just as happy with this diamond in the rough. Skip the Denver area dealerships and GO TO PUEBLO!

The woman who answered for service was not friendly at all, and stated "We are booked up. The earliest we could see it is September." Most dealers work to help travelers. Apparently not this one.

We are located in Montana and would be flying down to purchase the vehicle. I understand there is always a risk, but this whole exchange felt dishonest. Alpine Ford was located across the street. The sales person at Southwest drove it over for us and we got the inspection report, including a phone call from the technician. He said the car was in Great shape and only needed new tires at some point. I noted that the inspection had failed the scratches part so my husband called back and was told that was just "normal wear and tear" and if there is any, they have to fail it. Not true, but we learned that the hard way. Also, none of the damage was visible in the listing pictures. Don't worry, I wrote a review on their website. Fast forward, we fly to Denver, drive to Pueblo walk around the car and the entire passenger side has clearly scraped against something. Each panel had some damage AND one was dented. Extremely disappointed I paid $320 for a sh*t and dishonest inspection. Dents was passed on the inspection, and there was an obvious one on the back panel wear paint was scraped to the metal. Do better. We ultimately passed on the car, drove a rental car home.

We drove all the way to Pueblo because Southwest Motors had replied to a request for information on a truck they liked. We met with Jason Ward and he had three trucks ready for them to test drive. They chose a Chevy Colorado and were nervous about the next step. They have excellent credit (which didn't seem to matter to the dealerships in the Springs), and a good down payment. We had a deal in 10 minutes, with a payment they were comfortable with, and more $$ for their trade in than we were offered at other dealerships. We went to Brandon's office to sign the paperwork and were presented with an even better deal!! One week later, the girls drove their truck home with two keys, and a full tank of gas! That week, my sons car died. It'll cost more to fix than its worth, so we made another trip to Pueblo to see Jason at Southwest Motors. Once again, Jason came through with a nice selection of cars in his budget to test drive. My son chose a great car, and got a great deal!! The car needed to be detailed before he took it home, so we planned one more trip to Pueblo. The day before that trip, Jason called and asked if the girls could come back down and sign new paperwork.....wait....why??? Because Brandon had continued to shop their deal and got their interest rate reduced by more than half!!!!! 5 stars are not enough!!! We are delighted with how our kids were treated; respectfully and honestly. It was a great experience and we'll be back. In the meantime, I recommend anyone looking for a quality used car, check out Southwest Motors, and Jason will take care of you!!

They didn't require a deposit to hold it, just said they can run the financing check for pre approval and then hold the car. Fine, yep, no big deal. We asked if we could have the Ford dealership across the street for a 139 pt inspection on it (most of my gripe is with them on this deal). Southwest said absolutely, no problem, drove it over for us, we got the report from Ford and said it would Need new tires eventually and had a few "wear and tear scratches". Husband calls the technician to verify the "scratches" that had failed the inspection and was assured it was just "normal wear and tear". We fly down to Denver, drove to Pueblo only to see that not only did the car have visible damage, but one panel the damage included a dent. The Ford technician had passed the "Dents" portion with no notes. The sales person was apologetic and asked if we couldn't see those in the listing photos. My husband pulled up the listing photos on his laptop and there was absolutely no way we would have seen them from the photos (hence why we took it to Ford! F*ckers). The manager came out and told us he couldn't go much lower on the car but could take $500 off OR offer to show us other cars on the lot. I'm good. Thanks. Whole thing felt dishonest. Takeaway, do a thorough body check and maybe ask for a FaceTime video or something to look at the body of the car before traveling to look at one. Alpine Ford will get my next review after screwing me out of $320 for a sh*t "inspection". Note- the car is back listed on their website and the SAME pictures are on the website. At least disclose the damage and be honest about it.

When we started looking for a replacement I could drive without a manual transmission due to arthritis in my ankles the salesman tried to put me into a Toyota Tundra 1897 package. while we were setting in the truck before the test drive, the salesman set in the back seat and talked nonstop about the truck and all its amenities, same thing during the test drive. after the drive we explained that it was way to nice a vehicle to use as a truck and some more pressure to buy it he finally came around to showing us other trucks. while looking at the other trucks he sat in the back seat and played with his phone and didn't talk anout the vehicle at all. After deciding on the 2023 F150 crew cab we asked all the standard used car questions and to see the Carfax. Carfax came back as a rental with a minor accident report, I asked the salesman about it and he told us that it was a minor scratch but no body damage. after the deal was done and I got it home and was able to get it up on stands and look at it I found that the rear bumper had been severely damaged and had the braces literally folded flat and somewhat hammered back out only good enough to get back on the truck. looking at the rest of the truck it was very obvious that the truck had been off the road and into a very muddy ditch because the heat shields around the transmission was folded up and wrinkled and transmission mounts had huge gouges in it. I took approximately 200 pounds of dried mud out from underneath the truck (and the salesman told us the truck had been totally detailed) , after having it for a year now I find the transmission doesn't shift right, the electronics are very glitchy, I cannot get a trailer brake system on it without paying a dealership thousands to do it because of the electronic system. this is just a few of the problems I have had with it. Fast forward one year and a phone call from the salesman that did the deal and asked me how I liked the vehicle I told him everything I have had to deal with all he could say was , im sorry your having trouble with it I hope you have a great day. this is the first call I've had from him since we bought it. we bought a new 2020 4runner from this dealership and was very pleased with the way the sale went and are still very pleased with the car, that why we went back to this dealership. The plugin RAV4s were scarce at the time and none were available in New Mexico, so we called around to some dealerships in the surrounding states. The call to the dealership was great - the woman I spoke to was very friendly and down to earth, and helped me hold an incoming car while we drove up from New Mexico. Once we got there the salesman we worked with, Devon, was super professional and helpful. Him and the finance guy (sorry! I forgot his name but he was also great) took time with us to crunch numbers and we ended up getting a great payment. It's not a huge dealership but the showroom was very clean, there were plenty of places to sit, a coffee bar, clean bathrooms, etc. The entire experience was very pleasant, easy, and by far the fastest car buying experience I've ever had (test drove, numbers done, trade-in taken/assessed, paperwork signed, and car prepped in like an hour and a half). In the weeks after the dealership and our salesman checked in a few times to ask about the visit and the car, and even repaired some accidental damage caused by the dealer vanity plate at no charge (and with no fuss) 3 months after the purchase. Really good experience. In the future I would be happy to make another trip to Pueblo, next time I buy a car.

It has sat for months out of the last several years, due to his battle with cancer. We were told the trani harness was bad and needed replaced and a system update. Adding the trani needed fluid service. In addition, we were told it needed new shocks, repair to pipes on the oil cooling system and additional services leading up to nearly $9000. Yes, that's $9000. On a vehicle with 45K miles! Here's the thing, (quoting) "The trani fluid is burned, and we don't want to put it back in the transmission." It's a sealed unit, you didn't drain it! Not even a trani dip stick on this model. The harness isn't in the trani. The shocks are fine, and the protective wrap on the harness you replaced was left hanging. I have video of trans fluid and pics of harness, from the mechanic that cleaned up your mess..... This is why you have a terrible reputation. It should be an embarrassment to quote such a repair cost to the owner of a, babied, vehicle with 45K on it. We will never be back. Yes, I own a Chevy too... so, that's double the loss.

They didn't even tell me about them before I drove down. 2nd the car was making noise and the sales person, Joe, took a test drive with me and sore that it was just an exhaust bracket that was loose. I asked him multiple times and he was 100% certain as he was a muscle car guy. Well stupid me took his word for it and turns out he was wrong. I called and talked to him and he didn't even try to help me or even offer any solutions. It has taken them 2 weeks to get back to me and finally they did and offered to get me $1000 off an extended warranty but that I needed to bring the car down and have them go through it and If they found anything I would be liable to fix it before they could honor the warranty. Well there is in fact something wrong as it still makes the same noise as the day I drove it off the lot and the car has just over 1000 miles on it since I bought it. So these people are your typical car sales men and don't care about the customer nor what they sell you. I would NOT recommend doing business with them at all. If I could give them a zero star I would.
