Joe, the owner, is as genuinely nice of a person as they come. He greets everyone and treats everyone the same. Unlike other shop owners, Joe appreciates your business whether you spend $5 or $500. He sells nothing less than great products there, but its how he conducts himself as a human being that have made me a long time customer.

As soon as you walk in the owner, Joe, warmly greets you. He is beyond willing to help and give suggestions. The first time I came here I had no clue what to get, he was able to pick out cigars that my Dad ended up loving. Joe knows his shop inside and out and can give you details on every cigar that is in his shop. He also runs the shop on an old fashion register- this way if the power goes out, he can still sell cigars. In addition to cigars, the shop has a variety of cigar accessories (humidifiers and ash trays) as well as other tobacco products (pipes and cigarettes). Okay selection. I bought a vape pen after told it was new…read moreon the market. Had no packaging or instructions, but took a shot with it anyway. It didn't work.... After bringing it back to the store the same day, telling them it wasn't charging, I was told there were no exchanges allowed but this would be "an exception". The second pen didn't work either, same problem. I'm not going to bother bringing it back, I'd rather just find another smoke shop to buy at.
