Me: less then 48hrs of purchasing a bad battery built by Exus $14.99 which I own many of these batteries, bought one that didn't work at all. So I come back to the store within 2 days of purchase... Manager: In so many words, if I return your money or replace that for you then WE take a hit, we lose the money... So the company Exus built a bad battery. You sold a bad battery. I came back asap to tell you that you sold me a bad battery and you're saying I have to take the hit, I lose money. If you have a no return policy, you should guarantee that you sell products that work. Very strange employee. There are two stores connected. I went into the store on the left looking for an empty cartridge that I could fill with my own e-juice. I was greeted by the employee, and after asking him what I was looking for, I was met with a blank stare. He said "I have no clue what are you talking about." I elaborated that it's attached to a battery, and can be filled with e-juice, CBD, etc. and I was met with another blank stare. He told me "You can talk freely here." He didn't seem to take me seriously. I also got a vibe that he thought I was looking to see if he could hook me up with some THC cartridge. I'm aware that THC cartridges are illegal recreationally in Jersey so again, I told him I was just looking for an empty cartridge or even a pre-filled one with CBD. He then went on how THC was illegal in Jersey so they didn't sell it. I tried to tell him I was well aware of this and after I asked AGAIN, he finally said they have the cartridges in stock where he vaguely pointed in one direction of the store. I asked him how much the empty cartridges were and he said after taking a draw of his neat vape that didn't know. He told me I had to go to the other to side to ask... I wish he referred me to the other side of the store from the start. I left without making a purchase, mainly because this guy left a terrible impression. Very strange experience. read more

I purchased merchandised for $30 and was over charged. My credit card was charged $57. When I asked for my money to be credited back to my card the owner said it would be credited back in 24 hours. the money was never credited. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was busy I needed to call her. This was now day five. I contacted the authorities and the managers said she would refund my money but it will take more days. Since they charged my card I ask for cash. Her response was I'll be at the store at 7 pm I don't like that your talking over mer. I told the general manager Tammy I will be back at 7 for my money. Merchants take your card and credit your money back to your card or if the 24 hour hold doesn't refund they give your money back in cash. The owners at puff and pipe said their computer doesn't do that, so they take your money and wait when they're ready to refund you. Don't waist your time at this establishment no respect to their customers just money hungry in your neighborhood to take your money. I will be seeing Tammy tonight on College drive in Blackwood to get my money back from a purchase made on April 25th. read more

Nice cigar shop in south jersey..location is everything and they definitely chose a nice place..The shop was clean the management was friendly. .The own even brought the store next door and was converting it to a hookah lounge....can't wait until it opens...I don't smoke but I want to buy a hookah for 40 bucks... read more

One star only because I can't give zero. My boyfriend bought a pen battery from this store on a Tuesday that ended up not working right out of the package. Not a big deal, we thought, we just got a dud. The problem began a couple days later (Friday) when I went in to attempt to exchange it. We pulled up to the building so my boyfriend could let me out at the door, and before I was even out of the car, a woman runs out of the store and demands we move the car, now. Then we go inside, I explain the situation and ask if she will simply replace the faulty battery with a working one. (The store has a no refunds/returns policy, which they have apparently had in effect for "twenty years", there is also a global pandemic occurring atm, I understand things are different and more difficult now. But maybe they'll make an exception in this case, why not just ask? She says no, and also adds that the reason it doesn't work is probably my fault because I "charged it wrong." We were on our way out of town so I said whatever, this is some bs but I'll just buy another one. The REAL problem occurred today when we both (bf & I) went in to speak with the guy working today, who said he was the manager. He reiterated the store's policy, we get it. He also explained that the store would "take a hit" if they replaced our battery. I understand, but essentially you're saying WE have to take the hit because of your store policy. Idk...just doesn't seem right to me. If you won't allow returns, under any circumstances, you should guarantee that the products you do sell work. Overall, this experience left me completely disappointed in this store and will patronize another from now on. Treat your customers better puff n pipe, or at the least don't blame them after you sold them a faulty product. read more

It's a head shop that happens to carry cigars. Overwhelmingly glass pipes, e-cigs, vapor and hookah, and a big selection so if that's your thing, this is your place. Dimly lit, difficult to see cigar selection in the cases -- and what was in there was rather underwhelming as compared to other local shops I've previously reviewed. Everything is behind closed humidor cases so I can't speak to quality of humidification. Staff was busy talking to friends. I can't recall what exactly was playing music-wise but I remember looking forward to leaving and getting away from the noise. Their shop always has "open" signs blinking, even in the middle of the night. Can't tell whether they're really open 24/7 or whether they just have imbeciles for employees who like to waste electricity. read more
