I haven't been to Ashland in 4 years since I graduated from SOU. I drove back today to visit and decided to go this smoke shop as I remember coming here years back. There is a huge selection of juices with some great sales on a bunch that I got out of a basket. Great customer service and great prices. I'll definitely be back the next time I visit. read more

I called to verify that they had what I was looking for- was put on hold, overheard a long conversation with a customer (no urgency) and was then forgotten about. Also lots of Rolling Papers , posters , toxic cleanse drinks, bong cleaners, just about everything related to smoking cigarettes and pipes and other smokable things, without cannabis or THC related products. Friendly knowledgeable staff who takes the time to explain the products in detail. Nice stop when you're in Ashland and in need of any supplies. read more

My experience was great at this establishment. The layout and interior is welcoming, classy, and easy to navigate. Other smoke shops I've shopped at have been cluttered, crammed with tons of stuff, and as a non-smoker, intimidating. I was shopping for gifts and the Manager was very helpful, friendly, suggestive, and had a great sense of humor. It was a comfortable experience-not intimidating at all. I will avoid the other tacky stores and return to Puff's for future purchases. read more

Just to clarify: This place is connected to the Siskiyou Medical Center. The dispensary. They are the same place. I'm not a weed smoker (my boyfriend does on occasion, I do it maybe once every like 5 months if I'm feeling crazy) and he comes here to get stuff. The environment is pretty nice, and the people who work there are really nice and professional. They can answer any questions. They know a lot about marijuana and can explain what each strain is and what kind of high it will give you, etc. Pretty decent prices per gram too (I think, like I said, I don't know much about this stuff). Of course there is a tax now. $2.50 per gram I believe. Anyway. This is a good place to come. Good professional people. Not trashy or dirty at all. They always treat you like a friend, not a number. read more

I stopped into Puff's the other day to purchase some bud oil to vape so I could sleep through the night. I was not sure what to get. I told the 2 (young) girls behind the counter that I did not want to get high, only wanted something to help me sleep. The wrong stuff and my mind tends to race........the opposite of what I needed. They brought some stuff out and swore it was just what I was looking for. Trusting them, I took it home. Around 9:30 I took one hugh toke. I'm usually in bed by 10, so I figured a 9:30 I'd take a puff and fall off into a peaceful slumber. Not tonight! 15 minutes later my mind went into overdrive and ended up keeping me awake until 3am! Thanks girls!! The next day I called Puff's and told them what happened. They put a woman named Nattie (I think that was her name), on the phone and she said to come down and she would fix things. Well I went back to Puff's after work with my guard up expecting them to say "It had been opened" so.........sorry. And Nattie did something really amazing. She went 'old school' on me! This very wise woman in a young girl's body treated me with such kindness and understanding. She made me feel like a valued customer. She must have understood that there are quite a few 'pot shops' between Ashland and Talent. I had my pick of places to buy what I needed. I chose Puff's. Poor customer service is the best 3 words to describe this place. Budtender plays Pokemon while serving customers, and today I went in to buy a piece knowing the MSRP listed online, I wanted to support a local business but they were UNWILLING to simply match a price online, knowing full well as a consumer that these shops get products at wholesale cost! Sorry Puffs but I will only shop here out of pure necessity, and spread the word of your unfortunate service. read more
