This place is a joke to say the least. First off, when you walk in the door, it reaked of weed so that was super classy knowing the employees get stoned while on the job. The girl that helped me was completely incompetent. I went in to get a new coil for my vape, showed her my vape and instructed her which coil I had before, and also showd her the mod. She sold me the wrong coils and when I noticed by the time I made it to my car, turned around went back inside almost 60 seconds after buying them and told this classy reefer stanking place it was the wrong coil and they wont work on my vape and asked if I could please swap them out for the ones I asked for, she went in the back to ask her boss over the phone (the owner) then return to tell me I was basically screwd even though I just walked out but hey I can have a 20 percent discount on my next purchase. DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY. ITS PATHETIC REALLY. Shit it this valley is expensive enough as it is, local business's like this need to do better be better, not rip off customers and employ people who are too lazy and stoned to be a positive attribute to the store. This shop has a great selection of hand blown glass- lots of pipes, bubblers, steamrollers, bongs- They have lots of accessories/ cleaning tools, solutions and a ton more. Some prices are high, but it obviously depends on the glass and the work. I had received a coupon to come in after the holidays and I thought I had come in time, but the salesperson wouldn't honor it cuz it had expired 2 days before. Bummer. Most places these days that generate their own rewards programs will honor coupons/ especially during covid- but not this visit. I then visited my favorite dispensary and they have coupons for Sky High for 20% off and no expiration. I will use this guy for sure on my next visit and maybe get the piece I couldnt get on this visit. Wish they would've just honored it to begin with though ‍ read more

Don't go here, There's plenty of other shops that won't waste your money. Purchased a Puffco from this shop and it wouldn't even turn on. I immediately called the shop and was told they'd have to check with the manager about a return for the faulty product I purchased less than 30 minutes prior. Went in a few days ago to ask about and potentially purchase a puff bar or similar product. Of the four people working that day only one of them were wearing a facemask. The employee that helped me was the newest, and the least knowledgeable of what I wanted, but she was nice. The other three were quite rude and not any help at all. As I was leaving the store, I noticed a product I hadn't seen since leaving Detroit (MI). Upon asking about the product, the gal that I can only imagine is the store lead very curtly responded with "I dont know, they've been here for months. That company is owned by ICP." I love Sky High! They are my go-to store for water pipes or replacements because they always have high quality for good prices. The owner and staff are quite friendly and offer some good discounts. Today, I went looking for a replacement for a straight-shooter style water pipe that I had stolen. So, naturally, I have my eye on one of the larger water pipes - which generally go up into the $200s. It was marked $180 but on sale, so they offered me $30 off and to pick out a new bowl piece for it! All in all, they made it a fun purchasing experience, too! I was impressed! It's a nice little store that has all your standard smoke shop goodies. I definitely recommend stopping by. read more

Hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The young lady working Sunday, Sept. 25th was unbelievably rude. We purchased an overpriced Quartz banger for our rig and got the wrong size. Went back to simply exchange it for the proper size, never even close to using it mind you, and was told in the rudest way possible that they don't take exchanges or refunds. Now that is fine and understanding as it's their shop and they set the rules. I won't go back to places like this because now I'm out $$ on a useless piece for us, but that's my fault. The problem was how unbelievably rude this girl was. Asking me to leave the store and told me that my attitude was poor for questioning the no exchange policy. I would NEVER writes negative review if it weren't over the top pathetic. I would ask all to boycott this place due to their lack of customer service AND no exchange policy. A sure way to lose customers quickly. I'm sure she was having a bad day but good god, take care of your bad day before you get to work...or smoke less before your shift. read more
