This review is for High supply vape shop. I drive 150 miles round trip to go to this business, the last time I was there I needed coils for my vape, they were out of what I use so the gal offered a similar coil and said it was just slightly different, I bought 10 of them . After driving home I used a new coil and it was definitely not similar so when I went back I asked them to exchange for the correct coil, which they then had in stock. Oh no he says, we can't do that! They are opened! But they are not opened I said. They are manufactured with a foil seal around each coil. I only used one and was not asking for a refund on that one.Still can't do it. I have spent a lot of money there and really thought they were great until now. Looked on google, found another vape shop went and got exactly what I needed. Yes I'm stuck with 9 coils I will never use but sometimes it's the principle of the thing. I will never go back. You guys need to work on customer service. read more

I've been going to uhhhh shops since the 90's all across the land. I've been in Ashland for five years and needed some decent gear at a fair price. The three times I've been there they've always steered me right no matter the question, and the goods I've bought there (batteries, glass, pipe cleaners, etc. etc. have yet to fail.) FINALLY! A pipe shop that goes for classy not trashy. I was on a road trip and we needed a new piece. Most places are typically overpriced and mediocre quality at best. This place seemed to be nothing BUT quality. They have glass windows and present their product in the front of the store. This, to me, makes me believe they are very proud of their product and aren't afraid to show it. The staff too, is the opposite of what I usually experience. We were greeted with genuine kindness, shown our options and then peacefully left to make our own decisions. We didn't have 10 different pieces shoved in our faces and if we did have questions they were answered with care. Oh, and the prices. Very reasonable! No haggling required. I am more than satisfied with the functional piece of artwork that I bought from here and I may have to plan another road trip just to add to my collection. read more

They have so much stuff from glassware, small to large pieces and accessories, its great. I've gone to just about most places where you would expect them to sell steel dime screens and this place has them. If you buy any screen other than steel screens you're playing yourself. Some of the stuff if I'm correct, is handmade by the owners which is pretty cool. By far best place in Ashland to get accessories or a new piece. read more

By far the best glass smoking accessory shop for miles. the staff is highly knowledgeable and well educated in the form and function of each of their pieces, whether it be locally made, or a big name's work. Chris, the owner is also a great guy to know, and an amazing glassblower and electroformer. Recently he successfully repaired and customized over $200 worth of HiSi glass accessories for me for hardly a third of that cost. bottom line; great shop, great prices, knowledgeable staff, and you're not going to get BS'ed by anyone if you're no expert when you walk in.
