I absolutely have to give this place one star cuz I can't do a half star. This place is so infuriating and I don't even know where to begin! Let's just start with how they sell their pods and coils... Every store I've ever been to sell them as packaged with the amount they have inside the box. This place opens the packages and cuts the inside packaging to sell them individually!!! I was blown away when I seen him do this! Next thing is the guy who works there knows absolutely NOTHING about vaping or vape products! Didn't know what a pod system was and told me I can smoke 50mg nic salt in my box mod at whatever wattage I would like! Are you kidding me? Does he not know how many people are being hospitalized from doing that? Obviously NOT, and if I hadn't known any better I'd probably be sitting in the hospital! Another thing I bought a Mfeng Baby from his store and went back to buy coils after mine ran out. He tried selling me a coil I wasn't to sure about and I told him what the user manual recommended me to get and he literally said to me "So what does that mean?" And told me as long as the coil screws in that it would work just fine. I just got off pod systems and moved to the box mod so against my better judgement I went ahead and bought it anyway.(2 could for $4 a piece) Put it into my tank and needless to say it DID NOT WORK! I went back to tell him and when I did he exchanged one but told me there is nothing he could do about the one in my tank even though he told me it would work. Who does that? Anyways I've gone on long enough so I'll leave it at that. But the worst part is I tried soooo hard to become a regular cuz honestly the guy was kinda cool. (other then being so damn cheap) But that's all changed now I can't support a business who tells their customers something will work then it doesn't and then say well there's nothing I can do for you since you used it. read more

So i had my wife look up some vape shops on are way to klamath falls today and one of them was vapor legends so i had her read me the reviews so we could decide which ones to go to and plan our route which the reviews on this shop was harsh BUT we thought wed give it a second chance and see for our selfs and i have to say me and my wife were very happy and very pleased...wen we walked in a guy walked through the bac and greeted us with a nice "how u doing" so id have to say maybe they read there own review or there just a really-nice-and neat shop, there collection was nice they had good-brands just all around good experience deff gonna go-back soon they stated there moving and upsizing so will prolly just TRY and wait till then..lol... anyways just wanted to let others know that u should deff check out this place and give it a chance cuz i think u might just be suprised ;) read more

If I was looking for a local vape store to frequent, this would NOT be it! We announced ourselves with a hearty hello in the seemingly empty store and were greeted 45-60 seconds later with a sleepy, almost inaudible hi. Even after we said this was our first time here, it seemed like we had interrupted something that he wanted to get back to...a nap? We had to ask ALL the questions as he sat on his stool away from us and never engaged us at all in conversation about what we were looking for or to offer help. We tasted the homemade e-liquid which was so-so and of ALL the ones (12-15) we tried (hoping to find SOMETHING good) the clearomizers were flooded. Not a good way to vape. The numbering and list system was confusing to say the least. The taste tips were very difficult to use and move from flavor to flavor. With interested employees, a good cleaning and lighting so one doesn't feel like they're in a dungeon, better maintenance and labeling of the testers...maybe this would be someplace I might visit occasionally. Horrible horrible place. I called in a few minutes ago looking for an IMR 18650 battery. The women who answered the phone, i think her name was Charlotte, had no idea what I was even talking about! She said and I quote "we have ones that say... Something ion, is that what you are looking for?" Christ. You have someone working for you that doesn't even know the standard chemistry OF THE FREAKING DEVICES YOU SELL. At this point I asked for a different employee. I told her Im looking for a specific type of battery, and you need to know what you are looking for to properly answer the question. She then, in a very bitchy voice I might add. Said they did not. By the way their Facebook page confirms that they do in fact have them. She just had no idea what she was talking about. In short, hire people that know what they are talking about. This place will never get my business. EDIT in response to the owner who replied to my review. I can understand completely that an employee that you have not knowing the specifications on every single device you might sell, however I would expect them to know what a lithium ion battery is. all the devices you sell have them, and especially considering I know you sell mechanical mods you should know what an 18650 IMR battery it is. There's even a post on your Facebook page stating that you have them in stock. My problem is not with the lack of product knowledge that your employee has. but the fact that she didn't have the sense to go grab another employee that might know what I'm talking about instead of just saying no we don't have them and hanging up on me. I don't care how much you strive in the future to have better product knowledge what I care about is that especially if you call yourself "vapor legends" that you actually I don't know hire experienced vapers who know what they're talking about when someone calls you asking about a battery that they already know you have in stock. I could expect this lack of knowledge from say a Walmart employee however you cater to a very niche market with specific needs. Therefore it is important that the employees you hire have the knowledge about the products that you sell, your employee does not even know what a lithium ion battery is. But like I said it doesn't matter now. You have already lost my business, not only with the lack of knowledge that your employee has, but also the disrespectful attitude that she had when I asked for another employee. calling yourself "Vapor Legends" is a joke. read more

I shopped at Vapor Legends once and the instant I walked in there was no body at the front of the store. I had to announce myself and ask to try some flavors. They only flavors they let me try where all house made juice. I do not recommend any vapor buy their juice or their products. They have very Limited knowledge of products and they over charge for builds. If I could chose zero stars I would have. Not a friendly environment.
