After driving home I used a new coil and it was definitely not similar so when I went back I asked them to exchange for the correct coil, which they then had in stock. Oh no he says, we can't do that! They are opened! But they are not opened I said. They are manufactured with a foil seal around each coil. I only used one and was not asking for a refund on that one.Still can't do it. I have spent a lot of money there and really thought they were great until now. Looked on google, found another vape shop went and got exactly what I needed. Yes I'm stuck with 9 coils I will never use but sometimes it's the principle of the thing. I will never go back. I did call and have them pull the slurricane off the shelf . The manager was really defensive after i asked for some sort of compensation because i most likely smoked one these bugs . The picture is the best i could get of one the bugs . it looks like a gnat . who ever the manager is should definitely at least compensate for the $20 wasted on that contaminated flower .
