Olivia is a true visionary. I am so thankful she picked up the phone when I called- I was in need of beautiful, unique arrangement to brighten my sister in law's day...... her dog of 16 years just passed from cancer and less than a week later a large tree limb damaged her roof in the recent storms .... Although I'm sure she would appreciate the mere thought of sending flowers, she is (for lack of a better term) quite pretentious when it comes to floral arrangements. Let's just say I'd like to avoid a snarky facebook post! Olivia listened attentively and ensured that I felt HEARD. I requested a photo for my records and have simply been in awe. I LOVE using Pugh's Flowers. I have used them for almost four years now! I have ordered flowers for every occasion, and they have always been beautiful. Not only do they offer amazing florals, but they are also a family-owned business. That is another reason why I chose them. Their staff has been extremely accommodating as well. They are able to make same-day deliveries within three hours! This has been a lifesaver a few times for last-minute pick-me-ups and funerals. I have even gone inside their storefront a few times, and they have a wonderful setup. I was unaware of how many awesome gifts they carry, including candles, perfumes, and more! I paid over $150 for an arrangement to be waiting for my wife when she got to work at Baptist Memorial NICU. When she arrived, she sent me a pic and I was astonished at how the arrangement looked. Flowers looked like whipped puppies. When she brought them home, they looked even worse. First and last time ordering here. We usually use another florist and arrangements last days, even blooming after the fact. This arrangement looked like it was on its way out from the start. Looking at them not only reminded me of the money wasted, but the appearance was just depressing in general. Just the opposite of the intention. Very poor. Don't let them burn you. read more

In laws asked me if I knew a flower shop in Memphis to order funeral flowers. Mind you this was at 4:00pm the day before the 9:00 am funeral. I called Pugh's, spoke to a very polite woman who didn't get irritated when I asked for this last minute request. She checked to see what they could do and we figured what arrangement was possible.
