I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my friend for her 40th birthday that was a few days away. I requested delivery for the day before her birthday so she could enjoy them throughout. I also requested they call her prior to arrival to ensure she was home (since I wasn't sure what her plans were when I ordered them.) The day of the delivery, it was early evening and I had not heard from the recipient that she had received an arrangement, so I became concerned. I called Holliday to inquire and told deliveries were still ongoing. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and said she would call the driver to see where they were with the delivery. I explained I wasn't so much worried about the timing even though it was starting to get a little late. However, I did advise that the driver no longer needed to call my friend to confirm she was home since I had already confirmed she was there and not planning on leaving for the rest of the evening. The shop employee stated she would let the driver know. A couple of hours later, my friend thanked me for the arrangement she had just received. She said she missed the initial delivery attempt because the driver called while she was trying to put her small child down to sleep. Fortunately, she was able to call the driver back to let them know she was home, then they delivered the arrangement. A bit frustrating considering I had updated them but they called anyway. I only saw one small picture of the arrangement, but it looked OK from what I could tell. She seemed to like it so it was mostly a win at the end of it all.

We called the Mason florist shop about the flower arrangement while we were at my grandma's wake which they delivered it that day at a good enough time before the wake.. The owner got very aggressive over the phone about our complaint in regards to them not looking nothing like the picture. Once we stated something about small claims court she got even more aggressive and stated that she was gone refund the money and sending her delivery driver to pick them up because she did not want to deal with us Remind y'all that the wake is going on while she sent the delivery driver to pick them up. Once the delivery driver got there at least he apologized because it was not the time or place to do something like that. Some flowers looked like they were not bloomed and some looked like they were dead. It looked more like a plant with so much greenery with a huge white bow. I had something in mind but told Mrs Ethel trust her judgement and to ensure it is pretty (in the past at other florists I have had stuff no where near the desired picture.)
