I've been trying to get supplies for over a month but with no results! I tried texting but received a follow-up text to complete the online request form on May 8, 2020. I completed the form and got confirmation that the order was placed on May 12, 2020. I hadn't heard anything so I called and left a message on June 6, 2020. Their system actually sends a confirmation email out that the phone message was received and someone would be contact me shortly. No return phone call by June 11, 2020, so I called AGAIN and left another message. Again, I received an email confirmation that the message had been received plus the phone agent marked it "urgent". This company is sketchy AF. -getting supplies ordered and customer service are pretty much trash. -my card was charged without my authorization when i didn't even put a card on file. -that charge was also an over charge, after my deductible was met. Over charges are common. -dealing with customer service on the matter was a runaround involving transfers of reps and "accidental" hangups. -refund couldn't be applied directly to my card as a refund required mailing of check. Check was going to "processed immediately by accounting." -6 weeks later no check. Called customer service. They contacted accounting. Rep told me they will call tomorrow after they process the refund. Moral of the story, pay attention to medical billing. I catch "mistakes" in billing all the time. This company though, takes it to the next level. They hope you don't notice. When you do, they hope you forget when they "haven't processed it yet." All in all, it's a scam. I was in dire need of a new Cpap Mask and called my supplier, "Pulmonary Solutions". M in Las Vegas. They told me there was a problem with my account and they would call me back in a few days. I told them on Monday 6-12-23 that I hadn't got any sleep the night before because my Cpap mask was leaking. I not only use a mask but also oxygen because of the altitude in Reno, Nevada. I told them it was imperative that I got a new mask ASAP. I asked the customer contact person what the problem was with my account since I hadn't ordered a mask since 2020. They told me they were missing a payment from Prominence Medicare. I told them that was between them and my insurance and asked if there was anything I could do to purchase the Cpap mask I. The meantime. They told me they would call me tomorrow. They hadn't called, so I called again Tuesday morning 6-13-23 and now I wanted to know what the issue was. Again they told me they hadn't been paid by Prominence Insurance. I notified Prominence Insurance, and they told me they had sent Pulmonary Solutions a payment 3-23-23. I asked Prominence Medicare,my insurance company to call Pulmonary Solutions and straighten up the situation. Pulmonary Solutions accounting department said they would call me back Friday 6-16-23 or Monday 6-19-23 with some kind of answer. I called Pulmonary Solutions on Wednesday 6-14-23 and they had received a fax from Prominence Medicare, proving they had made payment. My insurance told me they would probably call me on Friday 6-16-23. This business doesn't care about the patient who is in need of the Cpap mask to sleep safely. They didn't try to accommodate the patient who is caught in the middle for a $45 supply. They never offered to ship me the mask from Las Vegas. Here's an example of a company that is in the business because it is a lucrative business and they answer to no one. This rating should be zero stars. The company consistently calls to get you to order supplies, and then once you order, they completely rip you off. I paid what they estimated my portion to be with my insurance coverage. They took 3 months to bill my insurance. Then, my insurance covered everything and they won't refund because they don't agree with the insurance contracted rate. I politely asked to speak to a supervisor since the woman kept cutting me off and being rude and she said she was the manager and hung up on me. The office staff responsible for ordering supplies and equipment are not user friendly in this particular instance. I wanted to purchase a SoClean2 cleaner and sanitizer. My initial purpose was to purchase through Pulmonary Solutions since they provided the original equipment and the are in network with my insurance provider. I was transferred several times only to get another agent that was incapable or helping me. The initial appointment to get the cpap machine was great. I learned later there are several features that was never discussed negating my ability to decide how I wanted the machine to perform. read more

I received a phone call from a Pulmonary Solutions representative who altered my view of his company. He not only apologized, sincerely, for the troubles I've experienced, he explained to me the changes they've made to address my concerns and those the company has had in recent months. I believe him. His call was anything but a snow job, but rather a genuine and humble effort to resolve my challenges and describe the measures they have taken to assure me why they will not occur in the future. Each resolution was spot on. He then asked me if could send me my order at no charge and that it would arrive the next day. He simply wanted to make things right. I accepted his offer. My order arrived the following morning. It was not only correct, it was replete with extras. This is a company who wants my business and is willing to go the extra mile. Something has obviously altered the operational foundation at Pulmonary Solutions and I'd be a fool not to give them an opportunity to prove their worth. So, for this reason, I'm upping my rating to three stars and will be giving updates depending on subsequent orders and contact with customer service. If the excellent care I received from my service representative is any indication of the new heart at Pulmonary Solutions, I feel fairly safe in saying we are going to start seeing one-star ratings being replaced by five. if you don't mind receiving your supplies typically one to two weeks late every time you place an order, this might be a company to use. When you need help, you will talk with someone with limited English in the Philippines. They sent supplies I didn't need, and a partial head gear rather than the full head gear. No sense calling to complain because they don't return calls. I have a Respironics Time Machine. I had been complaining to the local Pulmonary Solutions representative that the machine was giving off a bad smell. Unfortunately, Pulmonary Solutions DID NOT notify me that the machine had been recalled due to toxic out gassing and release of particles in the air stream. I only found out about the recall from other sources. Pulmonary Solutions obviously does not care about its customers. I urge you to find another supplier for you CPAP supplies. read more

I was billed (see original bill posted) for $251.66 and paid them $183.64 which would have left a balance of $68.02. They called me and said that I owed the $130.93 which totaled $314.97. When I asked them why the difference they said they billed me incorrectly. As you can see on the first original bill they billed each item separately. I asked them for a new bill to see where the difference in and they never sent it only the revised statement (see revised posted) and could never explain the mistake. This company starts calling you for payment even before you receive the bill. When I check these items on Amazon they are 1/3 the price. Really disorganized office. I received a bill last month for around $150 on services they rendered in August 2017! That's right 2017. Last year I developed some breathing issues that required the need for oxygen. They delivered the equipment but when I called them to pick up the equipment because it was not needed anymore several months later, they informed me that I had to come up with $500 plus dollars before they would come to pick up! I paid the gentleman that came to pick up so I figured we were squared away bill wise so I was floored when I received the bill dated 2017. Needless to say I have contacted my insurance company and they have given me a list of several other providers that I can use. I have always paid this company when I receive a bill but I felt threatened by the way they insisted I pay on the spot. Not a customer friendly company. I think in the 4 years that I have been using them, I was actually able to have a live person answer the phone! I order re-supply of my CPAP supplies. My credit card/HSA account was charged in addition to my insurance for the full amount. I have been trying since October to get a refund so I can pay back the HSA account to avoid penalties. I have been given the run around, been told a supervisor will be able to help me. A supervisor is never available. No one ever calls me back as promised. I've submit a written grievance and still no contact from the company or a supervisor to handle this. read more

I will never do business with this company again. They have sent me a bill on 1/17/19 for items I returned to them (which I never ordered). My confirmation order says they received them 1/2/19 FEDEX and were signed received. Around 10/18 l was sent an email with no information in it. None. It looked like a computer error. I see someone else had problems at a similar time. They send me $130 of supplies I never ordered. I contacted them to issue a label because I mistakenly opened it thinking it was an Amazon Order, and I'm not paying to ship it back. I contacted them at least 5 times from October to December. I was told a shipping label could take weeks to issue. Pdf to email? Nope. Uh, printer? Not until I called them in December and left a message on several extensions that I will be disposing the items if they didn't reply in 30 days did I get any response or follow through on the label. They had no notes in my account of any of the calls I made. They did say they sent me a label by MAIL which I never received. No notes telling them why. They have also called me in prior years in December and said I would get the supplies for free only to find they are billing me over a hundred dollars. They charge $50 "after insurance" for a CPAP cushion you can buy on Amazon for $20. You can also get 24 filters for $8 on Amazon in a paper box. I care about the environment. I feel really bad for them because they do a really good job and are polite on the phone but the back office must be a disorganized mess of paperwork. I emailed them and asked them to follow up on "Michael M's" response on my previous review and they called me back and told me all the money is applied to my account and I can disregard the delinquent notices again, but why I got them to begin with is the bigger problem. They started with the harassing phone calls before even mailing me a bill, and the harassment continued well after each bill had been paid and had cleared my bank. When I told one rep that I had paid the bill, she said, "Oh, I'm calling about the one that will be sent out in 2 weeks and will be due 5 weeks from now. Just a friendly reminder". I have placed 2 orders with them and both times they have been wrong. It took over a month later to get the correct stuff. Not worth going here and I would stop using my machine and risk stop breathing for good in my sleep if they were the only company left. I was directed to Pulmonary Solutions (P.S.) by my insurance company. First visit they got me in the same day and set me up with a machine. That's where the good experience ended and the horrible truth started. I needed to change the type mask and it took me a month to get into the office and get a mask. My doctor wrote my Rx for a nasal mask and I needed to swap to a full mask. P.S. account person called me back after 1 week to tell me she got the Rx changed and I could make an appointment. It took me 3 weeks to get into the office and after several attempts to get into the office they started canceling my appoints because the person I was supposed to see (Chris the office manager) was not going to be there. When I finally get into the office Chris again the manager is surprised I had a hard time getting an appointment. He also claimed that my Rx had not been changed but authorized the mask anyways. Chris tells me that my insurance covers the mask 100% and I don't have a deductible. This was not surprising because I know I have really good health insurance and some items are 100% and does not have a deductible. I leave with my mask and told that I owed nothing. Roughly a month passes by and I get a call stating I owe them money. Did not make sense so I said I would call back. I call back to validate I was talking to someone with P.S. and it was not a scam call. The person I spoke with talked to Chris and told me Chris admitted he did tell me the insurance covered it 100% and cannot explain why he told me that. STAY AWAY from Pulmonary Solutions. The first order was incorrect because they made assumptions about the model of machine I use rather than ask. I'm still waiting for the correct supplies.
