I have been using a CPAP machine since at least 2008. I had exhausted my deductible finally by the last two weeks of Dec. 2014 and Anthem Blue Cross Customer Service told me I would not have to pay anything else medically till Jan. 1st. So I decided to get new supplies. Wished I could also get a new CPAP machine, as mine sounded loud. Long story, but when Anthem referred me to Pulmonary Solutions as one of my choices, I was using, Lincare, I decided to try to get supplies. Save money , instead of waiting till the first of the year and start on my deductible again. Well, Celeste Trans helped me and in just a very short time, found that Pulmonary Solutions was contracted and in network with Anthem Blue Cross Pathway PPO, with my insurance. She worked on my case tirelessly. She was one of a few people who really understood my needs and got the job done before the end of the month. Celeste Trans was remarkable in her performance and perseverance. She was very pleasant and cheerful even though I pressed her more than I should have to get this done. I did not have a bad moment with this sweet lady. I worked with her for many hours. She is professional and competent. I must say, also witty. You are very blessed to have her in your company. I did receive a CPAP machine and supplies. I do want to mention, the only reason I left Lincare, was because Customer Care Anthem Blue Cross Pathway PPO told me they were not contracted or in network with them. They had been good to me. She truly deserves some big "Kodos", or to be a Manager, or an Important Associate, She truly knows the meaning of "Solving a big , big, problem I was encountering. Finally ! ! A medical goods supplier with a heart. I had been saddled with a CPAP supplier that just didn't care. Then, thru my wife's MEDICARE needs, I find Pulmonary Solutions and Renee. This lady makes things happen for her clients. Two hours on the phone with my insurance to make sure I get the supplies I need. NO PROBLEM ! ! Go the extra mile to make sure my wife has the supplies she needs (even though they have lost the MEDICARE contract), NO PROBLEM ! ! EXCELLENT Customer Service! Above and beyond really. I'm at the airport and at the security checkpoint I realize that I've forgotten the tubing for my CPAP machine. Called the Las Vegas office because I'm landing there at 5pm and Renee got all my authorizations done very quickly. Staff member Chris drove it down to my hotel at the strip. I was able to coordinate all this form my phone at the airport before landing. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. This place is a joke. I have been "using" them; I use the word using loosely, since October of last year. Everything is based out of the Philippines. You set up auto pay, they call for payments. Oh we forgot..... You try to contact someone in the office is even a bigger joke. They have excuses after excuses for not returning your calls or lie stating they had. I like how easy it is to clean. I also like that it is comfortable and less bulk than other brands. I used to go out of my way not to use my machine because I felt that I couldn't sleep with it in, but I find with my Pulmonary Solutions Machine I'm able to actually sleep in the comfortable positions I like. I also like that it's relatively quiet. As with any CPAP machine, they could always be ideally smaller and quieter. Thank you. read more

I had an issue regarding supplies. I was having difficulty getting the assistance to correct the problem until I spoke with Renee. She was wonderful! I was frustrated and she listen, confirmed the issue by repeating my issue back to me, then the she said she would look into the problems. Pulmonary solutions has been a great help to me in coping with sleep apnea. Compliance officer, Chris Soneko, is extremely knowledgeable about the sleep apnea machine and all the accessories. He was able to set my machine correctly, according to my prescription, and suggest the proper mask. My sleep has improved significantly primarily because of his expertise. I like all the features of the CPAP Machine from Pulmonary Solutions. The controls are very simple and are illuminated so you can see at night. It makes very little noise and has a water reservoir belt in that is easy to use. The facepiece is very durable and the supply hose is the right length. It is also very comfortable to wear with no air leaks. I would really love to try other masks as well. read more
