We declined because we did not intend to return, yet we were still charged full price for both items. After a 1.5+ hour wait caused by a lost ticket, followed by food that was barely touched and immediately sent back because of the quality, charging full price was disappointing. The appropriate response is simply to make it right for the customer. We paid and still tipped but given their handling of the situation felt compelled to leave the review. Sad to say won't return after being long time customers.

What it needed... sauce, syrup, aioli or something to lubricate all of those toppings. The breakfast potatoes on the side needed salt/seasoning/sauce, too, to be more to my liking. The bourbon wall is a dream. I would rate higher but my senior guests kept having to say "WHAT?WHAT YOU SAY?" Due to lack of acoustic material. The food: 7/10.... Beware they are not knowledgeable in gluten allergies. Every-time I've dined with a GF guest who requested no gluten or pita, they're gifted a pita on their food and have to wait another 15 minutes to get a new dish. They also did not substitute the included side of pita with a different GF side. The entrees are a great size, but they need some love (and salt and garlic). The seafood Alfredo was more like an Aldente milk soup with a few tiny bits of bell peppers. However the seafood itself tasted great and was a perfect texture! Overall, check this place out, but stick to what they're known for; the amazing drinks, the juicy gyros, and exquisite atmosphere.
