    turmeric bomb
    Kalah Rae F.

I stopped into the Bridge Park North Market the other day for the first time, but wasn't really hungry, so I grabbed some juice instead. I stuck with the grab and go case this time around and skipped the bubbles/smoothies. I decided to do a juice cleanse for the day to calm my tummy, which felt a little heartburn-ish. I started with the chlorophyll mint water, which contains peppermint spirits for flavor. It was a little toothpastey in flavor at first, but I got used to it after a few sips, and it really made my stomach feel better almost immediately. Later on I went for my turmeric bomb, which was actually a bit heavier on the apple cider vinegar side than I was expecting. Good, but I like that blend better when it's a little heavier on the lemon juice instead. The mean green tasted sweet and delicious after my other two options. My choices were definitely just what my body needed!

Not that great. The açaí bowl I purchased was soup, and the place was out of bananas.

I had the taro milk tea. Less sweet which is nice but it's like a glass of water with a lil milk stirred in -- so gross.

They also have food but becuase we were in a time crunch to get back on the road to continue driving we couldn't try it because it's a 20 min wait. It's all made to order. The food from the picture looked all good. The staff was very friendly and were patient while they waited for our order. Definitely a cute place to visit with my boyfriend. They have a lot of open sitting. We choose a coffee milk tea and Oreo crème Brulee. The Oreo was aesthetic and pretty to look at. The boba was squishy and not hard just like we like our boba. One thing is that the tea had a lemon taste that it wasn't bad but it was unexpected and just wasn't something we expected. It wasn't our prefer cup of tea. Overall, if we pass again we might try it.

Kid K saw it and wanted bubble tea after a hot day at the zoo (we had stopped for something at Trader Joe's.) Huge selection of drinks (only complaint: tiny print on menu screen on the wall, though they do also have it printed out and I bet it is on the computer kiosk.) Kid got an Oreo milk tea with bubbles, and loved it. I got a mango slushie and also loved it: refreshing, with mango bits in it. I had planned to pick up supper for later somewhere nearby, but they do have a couple of food items, Taiwanese sausage and popcorn chicken. So, saved a stop. The sausage is a small portion, just a snack; tender, flavorful, a little sweet. I'd get another. The popcorn chicken was a bigger portion, almost a meal's worth, and can be covered with several flavor powders. I got curry. There's also pepper, basil, and a few more. It was good. Tender bits of chicken, crispy, with flavor but not overwhelming. Would definitely get again. I would go a bit out of my way for this, as would Kid K. But at Sawmill and 161, and near Meijer and TJ's among many other places, you probably don't have to. Check it out.

The cafe is so cute, so pretty, and comfortable. To see the cats, you do need to buy a time slot either through a reservation or if you're lucky, an available walk in time. The boba I got was pretty good and I would come back to hang out with the cats. They also have little cat themed snacks you can purchase! I think it's so fun to see them play and hang out with them. I really enjoyed the option to hang out on the cafe side without booking a cat side ticket. They also have merchandise you can purchase that help go towards taking care of the cats. Their little store is super cute and has a lot of cool cat themed items. And you're supporting the cafe with your purchases! Staff was very nice and patient. They were good about cycling the appointments through and helping everyone. I recommend for a casual hang out, cute cats, yummy drinks, a sweet treat, small groups, and just a fun experience!

It just didn't taste great when I got to my car and I started drinking it.--The tea flavor tasted really weird. Very, very strong taste to the tea not very much coffee flavor and I have to say the two didn't mix well whatsoever I don't know why I continued to drink it, but I did and I wish I hadn't. It's midnight and my stomach is still making noises and protesting against that tea. I don't know if I got bad milk or a variety of tea that my stomach just doesn't like... But this was not the tea for me. The girls in front of me had gotten mango smoothie type of things and that looked delicious and another one had a strawberry looking thing and that also looks delicious. I think I really chose poorly... Like as poorly as one could choose--I could probably receive a metal saying world's, worst choice. It was that bad. If I had to come back (which I probably will not), I would get something with mango and maybe not a milk tea

It's…read morelocated in the Mecca of all good Asian food: Bethel Rd, in the same plaza as Meshikou (aka some of the best ramen in Columbus). It has a variety of Asian desserts, drinks & boba teas. I had the Herbal Jelly & Taro which was pretty good but don't feel the need to repeat any time soon. I just wish they still had the Mango Pomelo Sago Bowl. They have turned it into a sort of smoothie with the sago in a cup, but I want the whole dessert version they used to do with the fresh fruit chunks, sago, ice cream, etc (look at older pictures on here if you don't know what I'm talking about). Atmosphere is great w/ cozy sitting & different kinds of tables. The place isn't huge, so it might not accommodate a big group if they're busy. Bathrooms are nice & spacious and well kept. Service is good. You can order either at the counter or at one of the two electronic kiosks. One big complaint for me is that neither their menu or the kiosk have any details on what is inside foot desserts & some drinks. Even in online ordering it's a guessing game. Overall, this place is a gem & has authentic offerings you might not find at other parts of Columbus.
