The next time I went they technically had the one I wanted but the shipment hadn't been opened and stocked yet, so I was going to settle on the backup they recommended and the 2 sales people were so nice they asked me if I could wait a few mins and went and opened up exactly what I wanted and started whatever they're process is, in order for me to be able to purchase my preference. All the sales people ive encountered have been super helpful, and I've sincerely appreciated their honesty in their opinions on the vapes, flavors, and what is an exact match to what I'm looking for or pretty damn close. Also appreciate that they've never tried to sell me a more expensive vape just bc they could and really try to match the product to the customer's wants not just move the most expensive off the shelf.
