Found this place by accident while looking for Vape Pro's (which is, I suspect, the only way anyone ever finds it). Nicely furnished, which is good since almost everyone inside was lounging on couches vaping. They didn't have the ability to deal in anything except cash, which I've heard from other people has been the case ever since they opened, which is not a good sign.
They carry Vermillion River and Baker White, but in a limited selection of bottle sizes and nic strengths. They also have a smallish selection of batteries, mods, and tanks on display, but they don't know what anything costs. I was served by the owner, who had to call the guy who actually works there to find out what things cost. This worked out to my advantage, since I got a nice box mod for online price. The tank I bought was defective and I brought it back the next day, and instead of getting another tank I applied the price to another box mod. Balance in cash, of course, as the guy who was "working" there lay on the couch and drawled, "Got any cash?" What the hell.
The second mod was missing a small accessory (a cable). I didn't feel it worth going back to try and get it fixed. The mods were authentic and work fine otherwise.
I think what they're trying to do is to build a vapor lounge. They have couches (used heavily by the employee and a bunch of his friends, from what I could tell), a tea bar with a selection of teas nobody drinks, and a pretty nice if badly-lit space. It's a nice idea, but the location is so awful that NOBODY can find it, except by accident, and they don't do any appreciable publicity, so nobody tries. A lounge should have street frontage with foot traffic and a nice window where people can see the cool stuff happening inside and want to check it out. A lounge should spread the word so vapers might decide to go hang out. A lounge should have more high margin consumables (besides vapors) than teas growing old and dry in the bag. A lounge should take CREDIT CARDS. It's no wonder that more people know about and seek out Vape Pro's (ugh that apostrophe) when it's hidden inside a sex shop than have ever heard of Puma Puff, which does have nice windows -- facing the alleyway -- in the same building. Yes, they're in the same building. There are some stories about how this happened, but I will not speculate too much.
I suppose it might be worth a visit if you're in the area, but I got more information and professionalism from Vape Pro's in 5 minutes than I did here in over an hour. Just check out online prices for something you're looking for before you go in, just in case you ask them, "What's that cost?" and they lowball themselves. If you want to pay cash. Because, you know, cash. read more
