Thankfully, my wife wrote my name, address, and telephone number on a luggage tag, and looped it around the inside hook. The staff said my name wasn't anywhere on the jacket, but they noticed the tag while searching. I was also looking for the McMurdo winter coat for many years, a very popular jacket, and finally gave up. I found a similar one, and it is very warm, especially for our recent -28 C weather! The rain jacket that I bought a few months ago also came in handy during a massive downpour. I noticed the rain repelled off nicely. The service is friendly, but I suggest coming on weekdays if possible.
