For the price I paid it was upsetting. The first room was musty and hot. Smelled like feet and their music was not working so everyone watched their kids in silence. Second room was better. The pizza I ordered was messed up. I ordered 1 mushroom pizza for the kids and 2 pepperoni for adults and they gave me 1 pepperoni and 2 pepperoni/ mushrooms. Ridiculous but they did give us 10 mins of air hockey free. After the party about a week later my kids have the hand foot mouth virus and they have bumps all over their legs, arms and hands. Visited on a great deal via groupon; 4 kids for $20. I was a first time guest and they did an excellent job at the beginning of playing a safety video to show the rules. I liked that we spent 35 min in one arena of play and then 35 min in another room. I heard feedback from other moms that we had a good group of kids; not too crazy. We went as soon as it opened in the morning which likely targeted the younger guests. I'll also share that I brought my 18 mon old with me and he had some activity options but I had to keep a close eye that he hasn't run-over by big kids. I think this place is great for maybe ages 3+. The place also felt clean and had strong AC. There were many signs about NO ADULTS on the blow-ups. I'm sure some past guests ruined that for everyone but I wish I was able to jump with my 3yo and 18 mon old on the smaller bounce houses. read more

This place used to be great like even a year ago. Something happened and this place has gone down hill, severely. Great concept and would be a fair price for open place but the place needs a glow up. Terrible service! Attendants had no control over the participants for the safety video before the event started. No one even heard the video playing. In the play rooms the attendants only opened the doors to guide the entire party from one room to the next. The floors seemed like they haven't been cleaned in a few days. Sticky floors down the main hallway. My parties decorations were even set up for the wrong party. They wrongfully set up the themed party decorations we purchased for another party. None of the attendants showed any responsibility for the mistake and couldn't seem to come up with a reason as to how this happened. When they finally got a hold of a manager, off duty, we were able to get credit for our party package but my niece couldn't enjoy the things we got for her birthday. This location is run by teenagers. The only adults present are the parents and when I booked my party I was told my kids would have time to play ame enjoy the facility. upon arriving we were let in and at NO point in the confirmation call or email or with the front desk was it ever explained that the kids were to play first and eat later in our party room. I scheduled a 9:30 party time and told my guests it was a breakfast party. All kids came hungry as we expected and were not going to play until after they had eaten. The room was dirty and the counter was sticky. I asked the attendant to please clean it so we could place our food out. After cleaning he just starred at me waiting for direction. I stepped in and asked him to place tablecloth's on the tables. As a mom, I'm wrangling my kids, directing my husband and now I have to direct the attendant who is supposed to know what he's doing. He leaves and brings back a clipboard stating that some of the guests are playing in the arena. In my confusion I asked him to let them come to the room to eat so they can go to play later. He said "you have 10 minutes left in Arena A" Me: what do you mean? Attendant: shows me his clipboard and tells me the kids were to play first. Me: this was never explained and had I known I would have booked a party for later so they kids weren't hungry for breakfast. I ask if we can swap the time in the party room with the Arena play time. He directs me to the front desk where I'm told that the manager is only available via email. Fine. I take down the email and proceed to email the manage, Michelle. Now my attendant is nowhere to be seen. Another young man steps in who asks me what's going on. I explain to him the situation. This young man apologizes, steps in and takes over for our original attendant who has officially disappeared into thin air. I wish I had gotten the new attendants name as he helped get our cake cut, he assisted with gifts and answered our questions and helped clean up. We all left early with 35 minutes of playtime completely gone because the front desk would not let 10 kids play. In total we got 35 min in Arena B and paid $380 for such a poor experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place unless you're okay with a dirty and sticky space, no one who can make a decision or explain protocol, and a bunch of high school kids standing around talking to each other and not doing their job. Had my sons 3rd birthday party here and it turned out great, even the adults had a great time! Our party host were super helpful with decorating, cutting and passing out cake, as well as gifts. Loved how our host played short fun games with the kids while walking them to the different rooms! Also got the glow in the dark package which we loved as well. This was our first time here. We were taking my 5 year old niece here during open play hours. She was very to timid at first and said that she didn't want to play. We tried to show her all the things she could do but wasn't feeling it. Then a staff from the pump it up placed asked to go jump with her. Next thing you know she is having a grand ol time! We couldn't be happier to the wonderful member who played with her almost the entire time we were there. My niece took to her very well! Amazing experience! Had my daughter's 5th birthday party here yesterday and everyone loved it. We had kids ages 1-8 years old and all of them were able to participate! There were staff members nearby the entire time which made it much easier for me to enjoy the day than I expected. They even set up all of the decorations we brought and inflated all of our balloons with the helium pump I brought so I could enjoy the party as well! The party hosts here are amazing! Kept the group on their toes and laughing the whole time. All while looking after about 25 kids of all ages. Pump it up is filled with inflatable bouncy house contraptions. A number of slides, obstacle courses and sports type arenas. Enough stuff to tire any child or adult up. All the inflatables are super clean and well netted. In the party room there is this huge inflatable chair for the birthday person to rule over all the guest. The hosts seem to take care of everything from serving to clean up. It did seem a little rushed towards the end though and there is a lack of adult seating throughout the facility. However this last experience was absolutely horrible and we will not be returning. As soon as you walk into the first party room you are hit with a strong musty odor (like dirty socks). Another parties shoe rack was left with our party the entire time. The food room was dirty, trash everywhere. They FORGOT to place our pizza order and when we asked if we can have additional time to eat because the pizza was going to take time they said no because another party was after us ( there was NOT another party after us). After we were informed our pizza wasn't ordered the party assistant did not come back until the end. We did the cake, gifts and served drinks on our own. When we asked if we could have a refund for the pizza we were told only if we didn't eat it. Only after my husband asked to speak with the manager directly did they agree to refund our pizza. We just had my daughter's 6th birthday here. I would recommend it to my friends. They kids get to play in two different rooms for over an hour. The party's last for 2 hours. The last 50 minutes are in a private party room. I didn't have to setup or cleanup. I didn't have to service the food or cake. I didn't have to take pictures, they do that. I just got to enjoy seeing my kid have fun with her friends. It was so nice. One of the host we had was Cobey. He was amazing with the kids. From the moment they can into the party to the time they left he help with all our request. The only down fall about this place is the menu. They only service pizza and you can't bring outside food. It would be nice to serve a fruit tray or have a choice in nuggets as something other than pizza. Other than that the party was a success. I would do it again anytime. read more

My 3 children attended the day camp and were not allowed to call me after one of them got hurt and my other son was denied snack time after lunch. I was told by my children that he asked to eat his snack and sat and cried for an hour while the attendant sat on his phone and ignored him. I called to find out what happened and was called back by the manager who basically told me she spoke the the attendants working and that my children weren't telling the truth. Went for a 6 yr old birthday party, the checking in process needs to be different it took way to long to stand in line and Wait for a computer to type your name phone number email kid(s) names and birthdays just too much especially when the kiddos are anxious to play. The area was up kept and clean, only issue is the air conditioning, it was extremely hot and the fans they had were the fans you'd use at home, the should have more powerful blowing ones. They had seating inside the play area which was great I got to sit right outside the jump house and watch my babies play, the party included pizza we had pepperoni and cheese both were enjoyable. We've been invited to a few birthday parties here, so when it came time for my son's birthday, he really wanted it at Pump It Up. It was fun, but I don't think I'd choose it again for a party. First of all, if you're thinking of adding the pirate theme to your package, I'd suggest you DON'T. I wish someone would have told me that when I was considering it. As far as I understood, the pirate hunt and activities were supposed to be incorporated throughout the party, not just a 10-15 minute hunt. Well midway through our time frame, I asked when the pirate things were going to start and I got answers that really pissed me off. "We can't find the paper for the hunt. We are discussing it with the supervisor." "You're one of a few, if not the first, to pick this package. We really haven't done it before." Ok, well where's the pirate hat and the eyepatches that the GOH and invitees should be getting? Again, no convincing response. By this point there was only about 40 minutes left of party time. The only thing that was done and ready was that the staff were dressed as pirates. Everything else, I literally had to ask for every single part of the pirate package that was listed on THE WEBPAGE. No one seemed to know anything about what was included. Well why is it still included as a package if the staff know nothing about it? And if listed on the webpage, why aren't they trained for it? I certainly had more questions than answers. Everything should be ready before the day of the party. Staff shouldn't spend time during the party scrambling to see what's included. SO, STEER CLEAR OF THE PIRATE PACKAGE! Other parties we've went to had the glow in the dark theme, and that seemed to go more smoothly than ours did, so it would be a safer option since it's apparently more popular. Another thing I didn't really like is that you're limited by the food that they offer. You have to buy it through them, which is also more expensive than buying it from outside. The only things you are allowed to bring with you from outside are the cake and goodie bags. I do have to say though, while in the party room, the staff were on top of it, they had complete control. From passing out pizza and drinks to the kids, to cleaning up spill after spill. That part was impressive. Pros: +kids had fun +Cleanliness Cons: -pirate package add-on was not prepared ahead -Limited to their food only - can't really set up or decorate much before hand because the room is in constant use. We had to wait up front until our party started, and they didn't set up the party room until midway through the party, while the kids were playing. read more

They were also checking in with the parents to see if we were happy with the way things were going. They were very interactive with the kids. The staff was extremely helpful as well. For the birthday party, they took care of everything from setting up the party room, serving pizza and drinks, assisting with the cake and presents and cleanup. It really let's the parents be more involved with the kids and the party. We were very pleased with the facility and staff, couldn't have asked for anything better. My kids love this place! It has large bouncers for the kids of all ages and sizes can use. I first tried the groupon to see if it would be a great place to take the kids when their was bad weather outside and was impressed. Very clean and staff is very friendly. My son's 2nd birthday party was here. It was quite expensive when all was paid for. Roughly $360. Brought my own cake and goodie bags for the kids. The pizza is ordered through Papa John's and was good. The price wasn't bad for the pizza for the adults. The people that helped with the party was great. The 2 negatives that I have are price vs. time spent there ($360 for 2 hours) and I called three times to retrieve my cake lighter that was not returned to my bag since they couldn't find their own lighter to light the cake and they have yet to call me back two months later. Haven't been here in a couple months, but took my sons here for a play date this morning. It's very kid friendly, though in one of the arenas, bolts were loose on the slide which caused 2 little girls pants to rip. It took the workers few minutes to fix. Even though you have to sign a waiver to play, they should at least check their equipment prior to letting children play, so this type of situation doesn't occur. This place is very fun, just make sure you still supervise your children. Tip: bring socks! no socks, no play!! read more

Attended a birthday party here on the weekend. This is the spot to drain all those energizer-bunny-kids energy. The process is so streamlined that the staff waste no time in transitioning from one room to another. The celebrations are well managed and the part I liked best is that they have a photographer that takes all the kids pictures so that parents/guests don't have to do anything except socialize with other parents/guests. Once multiple rooms have been played in (including one with glow in the dark gear), the pictures are displayed on a monitor as everyone's enjoying pizza and cake.
