We had my grandson birthday party. It's run by a bunch of young people who don't have the knowledge to run a place of entertainment. The restroom were gross women restrooms smelled straight up piss . Focus dried up on toilet heaven knows since when. The toilet paper dispensers were broken absolutely nasty. The pizzas were nasty looking we threw them away. We will not hold another birthday party there again nor will we recommend. The health department should be notified. read more

If I could put zero stars I would! This place is so rundown. First of all you can't find any employees at the cafe register ever! No water bottles for sale, the water fountains are both down. The restroom lights are off and on flickering the whole time with foam blocks inside the stalls. Extremely dirty , most games do not even working. The employees kids running around, doing whatever they please. They need to fix this place or it's not going to stay open long! This place is great for young kids probably 8 years old and under. My 12 year old joined my youngest daughter and it was definitely not a place for her. She was too big for many of the areas. There is an arcade so if you did have older kids, they could just do the arcade. There is minimal seating, food options are limited and no security or an area to block younger kids from going to the front desk area. Overall, I was not impressed by this play place. I'm glad we got to visit but I won't be returning. read more

Pros: The trampolines and slides has my toddler very engaged and active. He loved figuring out the mazes to get to different slides. Cons: We bought a game card and was disappointed to find that many of the games were broken. Pricing is expensive compared to other establishments in town. read more

This place is absolutely gross. My daughter said she found something smashed in one of the slides. She said it was either a cockroach or feces. All of the garbage cans were overflowing with trash. This is while the staff was just goofing off. The guy in the front getting waivers signed was watching YouTube quite loudl However no one could be bothered to throw out the trash. We love Rush for our three boys ages 4-9. They enjoy the trampolines, the ninja like course, the slide, the jump and duck game, the rockwall and the climbing section. We can spend hours in here with no complaints of boredom. The customer service is hit or miss; sometimes absolutely amazing and other times not so much. We bought the membership and it's worth the money for endless hours of indoor play. Remember to bring Rush park socks as those are the only ones allowed. Great area for parents to hang out and work while kids play; table and chairs or massage chairs to rent. read more

I disagree with most ratings here. My kids ages 11 and 13 have fun here. There's a 2-hour pay to play price but it's reasonable. It's also not super crowded and the staff is nice. If you care about your kids and want them to be active on a day away from school, then I recommend this place. Tip: go when they open. Take a book (remember those?) or your mobile phone to keep yourself entertained. After, they are tired and you can do what you want with a lot of time left in the day - a parents dream. The fact my 9 month old enjoyed herself at an outing means a lot to me. I think the total was about $94 for 4 people to jump for 2 hours. Should've read the reviews before coming. Places smells as gross as it looks. This place doesn't look like it's been cleaned in forever and there's trash all throughout the play area and graffiti written on play equipment. You can't blame the staff because there's no management to enforce a clean area for these kids to play. For $30, it's not worth it because everything is old and worn out. Went over the weekend. When you enter, it smells like feet and trash. Signed waivers and had to buy their socks, which we'll never use again. Went through with the kids and everything was filthy and plenty of repairs were needed, and some rides broken or closed. The employees I saw were on their phones most of the time. The kids said some of it was fun, but this place is not kept up, has lazy employees, has no gate/system to protect kids from leaving alone or with somebody else, and because of the needed repairs, dangerous. read more

DO NOT PLAY VIDEO GAMES. Half are broken and very expensive to play on video games. The ninja course with the wood swings are dangerous, I saw a little girl fall off and when she picked up her head the swing hit her in the face. Also half the staff is just sitting around catching up with friends and not helpful at all. Manager JR Austin is extremely rude. Go here if you want your kids to catch something (from the extreme filth) No matter the time of day you go, this place is disgusting. They walk around spraying lysol in the air & that's about it. Soft play has gum, straws & trash all over the place. & half of the items had CAUTION tape around them. They also charge $17 for you to stand and watch your child. (Mind you...this was AFTER I called to ask about pricing, before driving across town & was never told about the $17 to WATCH my 7 month old) Then they will attack you if you try to ask anything about it. I wore a HEMP made t-shirt & manager JR Austin accused me of "being under the influence" & called the COPS. So go here if you want to be around filth & treated like shit for the t-shirt you chose to wear. Tried to take pictures of the filth, but the manager RJ Austin continued to harass us out the door (he literally followed us to the door, & continued with his comments). The kids had a great time here. I used a Groupon but you have to pay for their socks. Tip: Fill out the waiver online before you get there. This place needs a lot of TLC, most areas have equipment that needs to be repaired or replaced and it would probably be better to just remove them off the floor as it seems like they have been broken for some time. This place is a hot mess. Not only did most of the equipment have damage, wasn't working, or was filthy? This place was so lacking in staff or observation that there were girls sitting on the dodge ball trampolines with BABIES. Not toddlers, BABIES. They had no business there or anywhere with those babies except MAYBE the toddler area and that's a stretch for them too. The obstacle course? Broken and torn to pieces. Wall art was tearing off, ropes broken apart, and then the floor was wet and sticky in areas. Did I mention the underlying mats that are supposed to be UNDER the balls were pulled up and lying on top of things? Snack bar was closed with lights off in the back areas and there were so many games turned off that if we'd been foolish and bought a game card? We could have only played 7 of them. Don't waste your time or money. They clearly don't care about the maintenance, cleaning, or most importantly SAFETY of this place. Unless they get a major overhaul and clean this place up? I'm not really sure where all the bad reviews are coming from. We went on a Wednesday evening and my 10 and 7 year old had a blast! The staff were either cleaning or playing with the kids there. The place didn't smell like a boys locker room which was a nice change from most jump parks. Maybe we just came at a good time on a good day! We'll be back! read more

One of the most impressive play structures I've seen at an indoor play area type place. Most trampoline laces or indoor play areas have a play structure but they're smaller and not much in the way of an obstacle for kids to play in. The play structure here has multiple slides going from one level to the next, many fun obstacles for the kids to go through/under/over. They also have a ninja type course that is great for younger to pre teen kids; many ninja type courses are too hard for kids in the 4-11 age range. There is a rock climbing wall, trampolines, a couple Euro trampolines. There are some areas where you'll notice a bit of upkeep that needs to be done. Don't let that make you have a negative outlook on the place. Being a play area where hundreds of children are visiting a week, there's always going to be things that are needing to be changed out or have some amount of upkeep. Things get worn out with all the traffic. It's overall a clean, happy place to be and we love it read more

We went on a Sunday and immediately noticed 5 teenagers standing behind the entrance desk as we entered. I purchased a Groupon but was told I still needed to be charged a $20 tax fee. I had socks, from Urban Air, but they told me I had to purchase their socks, they would not allow me to use the socks I brought. As we proceeded into the park we noticed the entire climbing area section was closed. In fact, anything that needed to be manually operated was not open on this day. We tried buying a Gatorade from the snack bar but first needed to walk up to the front desk to ask for help. I felt that there were a lot of areas that I would consider safety hazards for my son. Maintenance has not been kept up on the majority of these rides/equipment. The handles on the pads used to battle joust were torn off. So you were unable to hold it properly. I will not be returning to this establishment. I feel that Amplitude and Urban Air are far better choices than this location of The Rush Fun Park. read more

Ok granted a lot of our bad experience was due to my poor planning but the staff really was extraordinarily unhelpful. I was on the road to Maui Maui with my 14 month old when I realized that crap it's Monday and both Maui Maui and Emmazing Play were closed. I remembered seeing Rush Fun on a list of kid places so I called them to ask if they had toddler play facilities and the woman who answered said yes so I started driving right over. Again, this is due to my poor planning but long story short, a few hours of play for my toddler cost me $44 because they charge $19 for a 14 month old (who isn't able to use like 95% of their facilities), $12 for me, and then extra for their mandatory proprietary socks. Yep they don't have a toddler rate. I remembered there was a Groupon that would give us a few bucks off but unlike nearly every other business, they wouldn't honor the Groupon rate without me actually buying the Groupon, and it was beyond my ability to figure out my Groupon login and make the online purchase while holding a squirming child. Once we were inside, my son was entertained which is the only reason I'm giving this place a second star. It's really not saying much since he's pretty much entertained by anything new to him. I overall was not impressed by the facilities which looked like they were being held together by duct tape. We definitely won't be back. read more

So with 20 plus people in there my anxiety was going up and I could no longer stand because my back was flaring up. There were 3 tables right outside and there was only one other party room, out of their 5 total, being used. There was no one else in the area. I was sitting there earlier and it was completely fine because the staff never said anything until we complained about the pizza. The supposed manager of this location made matters worse because she was just as childish as the rest of the staff and she refused to provide any contact information to corporate or a general manager. I will never come back to any of these locations and this place should not be in business with it's rude, childish staff, horrible pizza (that should be a health code violation), and even worse attitude towards customer service. read more
