Typically there are 8-10 flavors at a time but I have never tried so many delicious flavors that are unique to many creameries. A cute little storefront on main street, it's exactly what I love about this part of town. Cute neighborhood spot in south mpls! I can't do dairy so I always appreciate when an ice cream place has a few non dairy options that aren't just sorbet and pumphouse rose to the occasion. They had three non dairy options that looked great when I visited, but I went with the Muscovado which was REALLY good. Like better than milkjam or Sebastian Joe's. The flavor and texture were both spot on. They use local ingredients and have rotating flavors which is fun (more so for those that can have dairy!). And they also have little pup cups that are peanut butter flavored for Fido :) My only complaint is the lack of seating both inside and out. My favorite thing to do here is get a "flight" of ice creams and try 5 flavors! They all seem to be locally sourced when possible and the flavors seem well thought out. I love it all. They're all very tasty, but a couple are completely craveable and I wait anxiously for their arrival each season: rhubarb in the spring and Colorado peach in late summer. SO GOOD!
