Apparently CoolerZone either got my message at the 866# OR they read my review, however, my first review (see below) is now a moot point as. CoolerZone responded at once and has once again come to my rescue. At approximately 9:00 a.m., I received a phone call from PAT, the sweetest lady around and who has been with CoolerZone for eons. It was good to hear her voice. She set up an appointment to address the problem with my unit for 10:00 a.m. this very morning! As a matter of fact, the service man just pulled into my driveway. Now that's good service. I am, once again, thrilled with CoolerZone's efforts to really be of service to their customers! I tried to reach them via their local business phone and was sent to an 866 number, was run around in circles pressing this # and that # and then am asked to leave a message which will probably take a month of Sunday's for them to get back to me.right away... or so they say. The 866 # is new to me! I was always able to reach the local # and speak with a real live person...a lovely woman named Pat. I cannot drink the water where I live and am in desperate need of service NOW! After the last service on my unit, the water began running at full-blast which was unusual. Hmmm....I wonder if, when it was running full-blast, was I just getting the lousy tap water that I have to boil to drink. Was the unit not ionizing and cleaning my tap water? Who knows. I was curios at this turn of events because usually after I have filled up a container, the water would stop running until the tank filled up again which is the way it is supposed to work and I understood that. The way it has been working lately, I am lucky to get about a table-spoon of water if that, and then the water just slows to a 'dribble' and then stops working completely. When my unit stopped doing what it was supposed to do, I had to start buying bottled water which I can ill-afford. What little water I get out of the faucet is now very hot and remains that way to this day.

Service Pump has been our go-to for our outdoor water for almost 20 years…read more This particular issue concerned diagnosing and then fixing a leak in our water storage. Rick dealt by phone with the urgent issue with clear instructions until Andrew came on site. Andrew explained every step of the process and actually came out on Sunday to adjust some of our softener settings and to move a pump into a better location. Purewater was going to come out and do a service, but now an authorized Hague dealer is coming out, although all the way from Elk Grove. I do think the service call pricing shoul dbe better explained when making an appointment. It appears a service call fee is just to come out, and associated parts and an houlry rate seem to be extras? The hague dealer is $150 for the serevice call plus an hourly rate, plus parts.
