We have been here 30 min before closing and the drinks were tasty and didn't feel rushed so not always consistent but not enough to stop us from visiting. Usually, it's pretty good to satisfy a boba craving. My new favorite is the Oreo puff cream (no boba) and it's so creamy and tasty. It isn't overly sweet. The fish was incredibly fresh and the temaki rolls were huge! Got super lucky and they had fresh Toro on the menu, so I had to get 2 Toro temaki an done scallop temaki. Both rolls were made fresh and as I said above, the fish and scallop was super fresh tasting. With 3 rolls, I was incredibly stuffed afterward. Only criticism I have is I wish the nori was more crisp and the rice was better cooked, but for the price and the fact that this was all made in a food truck, I have no complaint. The food truck schedule is on their website as well as their regular menu, though it should be noted that they have a pretty sizable menu of specials when I ordered.
