Eggs were undercooked, toast was not toasted (just warm bread), my wife's order was not cooked as requested. I have been a customer for a long time and have had very good food and service in the past. This was not anywhere close to what I would expect. A box was requested and acknowledged by the server, but not delivered. Had to make a second request. Unfortunately, I will likely not return and will find another breakfast spot. UPDATE: The staff member that checked us out asked about our experience and had follow up questions. I shared a summary for her and she apologized and took 10% off our bill, which was very kind and appreciated. She clearly cared about our experience and should be commended for her job performance.

The waffles was inedible the chicken tenders over cooked and the cider sauce on the side almost made me puke it was so bad! As someone who's worked for mutable 4.8/5 star restaurants this is absolutely disgusting and why I don't eat at chain restaurants. Food's disgusting, environment was was quite but the booths and decor are outdated, staff are "barley friendly" can tell they just want to go home and not deal with being there. My roommate ordered the fried cat fish. It wasn't properly cooked had zero taste. And finally we both ordered drinks I got a top shelf margarita and they got a ruby refresher My margarita mango. There was absolutely zero alcohol in the first drink I was served and when I asked/told the waitress that you couldn't taste any alcohol she asked kinda rudely if I wanted a second tequila shot. I said yes. Upon getting my second margarita you could taste the alcohol and it was actually good. Over all disappointed at my experience. Any self respecting "chef" or business owner should take pride in the food they are serving and not serve garbage
