Stopped here on a whim looking for a place to eat and trying to avoid fast food. As others have noted, it's a big open space. Decor was very minimal and it seemed like some parts were in the middle of some amount of renovation. Bathrooms could've used a little help but nothing crazy. We had chicken dum biryani, paneer masala, garlic naan and a mango lassi. Prices are a little high but not crazy for 2025. Portions were very large, in particular the biryani which was exceedingly generous. The paneer and naan were above average, the lassi was phenomenal, and the biryani was good but less exceptional. The food came in takeout containers which might be a turn off but it was fine since we had to take half of it home anyway. Service was a little slow but it was an off hour when we were there. Overall the food was very good and worth a stop if you're driving by. Tons of veg options as well. The atmosphere and service are very basic but it didn't bother me. I'm glad we stopped and supported something local and interesting.

The portions are big which is good to save for later considering how filling it is. Cons- It's definitely on the more pricey side and I would go here more often if it was cheaper. The naan is soo expensive. They charge almost $5 for one single piece of garlic naan. My friend goes in to order, I stay in the car so he says the service isn't that great. He told me that the front desk person was on the phone on his airpods while taking the order and he barely talks, just nodding his head. The place is a bit dirty like the floors not being clean. So overall, if you are coming here for the food, I rate it high. If you are coming here for the experience, I rate it low.

Perfectly seasoned with the right amount of spice. The butter chicken is Devine...other worldly where the flavors pull your palette to that warm happy place. The curry chicken, rivaled the other dishes. All unique with the most aromatic flavors pulling together. Speaking of aromatic the Chicken biryani rice is the perfect compliment. Chili chicken, my absolute favorite was tasty and the "fish" sticks are a must try. I often think about a friend from years gone by who 1st introduced me to Indian food when I was a mere 19 yrs old. I loved it then as much as I love it now and He would absolutely love it. The people are always soooo nice and the service is first class.

I ordered a house salad and an additional appetizer with a cottage cheese based dessert. I assumed this would be a quick order as I needed to my next work assignment. 5 minutes till 6 pm I advised my client that I was grabbing food and would be a little late. 42 minutes later after sharing my concern my food appeared. Right before then she came to process my payment after so said I would just pay for my beverage as I no longer wanted the food. I also had to tell her they let me sit over 30 minutes without even checking to see if I needed water when the pitcher was walked around the room. The customer service team member initially advised there was no manager available. When I got ready to leave she sent a friend that looked like she was just clocking in. She also confirmed she was not the manager when I asked directly.

I have a have nut allergy and I have never had any allergic reactions to any of the food. I love their chicken biryani, chicken 65, all the naan breads and their chicken tikka! The spice is not too much for me and it's not over powering. I believe they can accommodate your spice level bc I do like my Indian food spicy. They do have a lunch menu but I personally just love the take out. The location does have a seating area and has a buffet section on the side; it's well kept and not too overwhelming. Give this place a try, definitely try a different item each time. This is my go to Indian restaurant in Denton .

Bhindi Dal Taadka And Butter Chicken Masala A dish for Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Monday the Bhindi sucked. Tuesday the Dal Taadka wasn't good. I've had the Dal Taadka at Sangam 100 times. Wasn't what I usually eat and that's been my favorite dish there for ever. Last night I tried to eat the butter chicken it was awful. I could tell instead of using chicken, the kitchen used the left over Tandoori from the buffet from previous days. It was dry, red and stabbing my mouth as weak as full of pieces of bones. I couldn't eat it. It's now midnight and I have food poisoning. I won't ever be back. Do yourself a favor, checkout The Silk Road in Coppell. I eat there almost every day. Tho I probably won't be able to eat for a few days. My stomach hurts so bad atm. #pissedoff

Unfortunately, something seems to have changed over the last six months to a year. The portions have gradually gotten smaller, and the sauces taste noticeably different. When we asked about it once, we were told it depends on who's cooking that day, which is understandable, but the inconsistency became hard to ignore. The smaller portions, however, have been quite consistent. Toward the end of our visits there, it felt like we were getting mostly sauce with very little meat, which is disappointing for a place we used to rave about. We're now on the search for a new Indian restaurant to take the spot of what was once one of our absolute favorites.

We've eaten here 3x now, and it's always great tasting food. But the service was really slow, while only just two tables had diners. ( us and another couple) then a few to go orders while we waited . Yes, it's Christmas Day holiday so I can be forgiving with being slow. I get that, but ... The thing that rubbed me wrong the most was the waitress only wanted to bring one togo container for all 4 four plates of food . Like we were just going to slap it all together like pig slop. We had to specifically ask for four seperate containers. They also brought one foil wrap for the leftover Naan for two couples . So we mixed ours with our daughter and her boyfriend . Needless to say we didn't get any of it . I'd go back, but they surly need to train the waitress better. Maybe, it's a tradition in India to not have ice with a water, but is a little off-putting especially when the drink menu is so limited . It's a small place only for accommodating small parties. The dine in experience leaves a lot to be desired.

I started out with samosa's, not bad but I've had better samosa's. They have a pretty big menu with most common Indian dishes you would expect. They also have biryani's and nepalan dishes. I talked to the server and she mentioned the "Chowk special curry" is one of their popular dishes and I decided to try something different. I ordered it with chicken. Their spice scale is mild, medium and spicy. I can usually eat spicy as long as it doesn't get too crazy but decided to go with medium. This dish is spicy, I was still sweating bullets but that's ok. It was delicious. You can order it with most normal protein's I ordered it with chicken and it was great. I also ordered their "bullet naan", naan bread with some kind of chili from my understanding. It was good, not too spicy and a bit different. They have many different types of naan bread. Service was great and I really liked the food. I thought it was also quite affordable. I will definitely be back and try some of their other dishes soon!
