Showed up with two guys who couldn't even lift the thing off their truck. The guys told me someone would call me shortly. Surprise surprise, no one did and I had to reach out via email. They told me I never told them the number of steps in my house so really it was my fault they didn't send a sufficient work force and marked my delivery as complete--reporting I'd rejected it.
