I was greeted with so much kindness at 7am on a Tuesday morning. I bought 15 banh mi's and a few other items and with all that I purchased it was all very yummy. We ordered the chicken, pork, beef and cha lua and we requested that the veggies be put on the side. The portions of meat to veggie ratio was perfect and we thought it was even more than what we have seen from delis in Seattle. We also bought com tom and my husband said the grilled meat was good and flavorful. We had the banh bao and my son enjoyed. All in all, definitely recommend to go and try this place! stopped in here today right around lunchtime as i'd worked up an appetite getting errands done in the five corners area and didn't think i'd make it all the way home without some kind of incentive. it was quiet and i was the only person inside but they were wrapping a large papaya and shrimp salad platter as well as what looked to be some fried rice orders to go. i grabbed two vegetarian egg rolls and a v3, tofu vermicelli. both things together were about $17 and were ready fairly quickly. the v3 order was huge so it ended up being split into two different meals. it was tasty and fresh. the egg rolls were good but pretty greasy so minus one star. the person helping me was polite and made sure to ask if i needed napkins and utensils with my to go order. lots of food and drink options, local vietnamese language newspapers to glance at and an inviting ambiance. in terms of accessing their parking, it's going to be a lot easier to come from the west and head east from 1st ave s on 160th. if you're heading west on 160th, it's going to be an awkward turn across a double yellow center line to get to their door. read more

What a gem in a parking lot in Burien. I tried the Niss Special which has the cold cut, pork floss and pate. Bread and the ingredients were very fresh. The authenticity was inline with Saigon Deli. Inside looked clean with good lighting ( they even have an instagram corner :)) Folks working there are not super fluent in english but overall they were nice and helpful. I have found my new go to lunch spot. You can't beat the prices here. Got a grilled pork Banh mi that was perfect for a quick lunch. I was greeted well and the service was quick with a phone to go order. Right next to a car shop but parking was no problem. I'll be back maybe again tomorrow. So glad to have found a place that serves pho in the morning! For a region with such a large SE Asian population I could never understand why no pho restaurants opened before 11 around Seattle! Vietnamese coffee was great. Sweet and strong like it should be. Pho had plenty of meat and noodles, I'm stuffed! Decided to check out the grand opening of this location. And we ended up getting two different dishes. Bun Bo Hue and the pork chop broken rice. The bun Bo hue was quite blend, and there was not much flavor nor spice in the soup base. As for the broken rice, The best thing about broken rice is nailing down 3 things. the pork chop is about 60% protein while 40% of the pork chop was made up of fat, which was very disappointing. It was a mess on this due to how rubbery it was. The broken rice could've been softer, but it felt a bit dry. And lastly, the fish sauce was watered down with a bunch of garlic mince. Overall, this place, even though it was grand opening, it has an opportunity to bounce back from improving their quality and flavor. And for feedback when including pork chop with broken rice try not to include so much fat. read more

Sooo glad this opened up in my area! Saw an ad for Facebook and was in the next day. Love that they open at 7am, and they have a lot of vegan options. The location is right across from the Trader Joe's parking lot. It is more a deli but there is a seating area inside and outside. I ordered the vegan bun Bo hue and it was delicious and refreshing! I don't come by vegan bun Bo hue often so of course I had to try it. Comes with extra chili oil. They do have a 15% off ending on 9/30 for their grand opening special so make sure you take advance! The banh mi here is in my top 3 spots for the greater Seattle area. It was so good. The portion of the meat to bread is perfect to my liking. The banh mi has pork floss in it as well. I appreciated the meat portion of the banh mi. I got their herbal tea drink in the fridge as well and it was so refreshing. The person who helped us was so kind and nice. We had the banh hoi (pictured), pork banh mi, shrimp baguette and egg rolls. The sauce with the banh hoi is probably the best sauce you can get for those noodles it wasn't overly sweet like most places and had lots of garlic which I enjoyed. Eggrolls were fresh and had a well seasoned filling. The shrimp on baguette in the heating cabinet was fatty and delicious. The pork banh mi had a great portion and definitely worth 9$ which is a little more expensive than most places but so worth. The service was 10/10 this is my go to lunch spot from now on. read more

I was ECSTATIC to see this place open in Burien! I've been wanting to visit their first location since they opened. I got Che Rambutan (AMAZING, they seem to mix it with passionfruit, 5/5). I also got a banh mi was also good, but the bevie was something else! It's a bit tricky to get into the lot, but there's several parking spots, seating, and there's a variety to choose from. I'm planning to try one of the bowls or hot deli food next time. I haven't seen many places like this around Burien/Tukwila/SeaTac, so this is an affordable gem. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls, and the peanut sauce was spoiled. The taste was so awful that I ended up throwing up. Serving spoiled food is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how long the sauce had been sitting there or whether food safety is being monitored. I've been here several times before, but this experience was enough to make this my last visit. Please do better and make sure your food is fresh before serving it to customers. read more

The sandwiches are made to order. The bread is really crispy and the meats are sliced fresh. Prices are a little on the high side. The food tasted good but not the best banh mi I've had. Their Thai iced tea was great! They were close to closing so there wasn't much food out in the hot warmers. I have eaten at this cozy little joint a few times now and I love it. The people are friendly and the service is great. This time I tried the Crispy Pancake (a fried pancake stuffed with meat, shrimp, and bean sprouts) it was delightful. It comes with lettuce and veggies on the side and a spicy vinegar dressing to dip the veggies in.
