    Manager attacking my frightened dog.

If you care about your pet's health and safety AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. My dogs were physically attacked by one of their employees (see photo). There is a full video of my dog cowering with his ears back because he is terrified of her as she aims right for him and uses all her force to pin down a scared 30-pound dog. The hiring and employment of individuals who display such aggressive, dangerous and criminal behavior is extremely negligent on the part of the owners of Puparazzi. The owner's even admitted fault in the attached letter (see second photo) and after agreeing to issue me a full refund of outstanding packages, decided to renege and only sent a partial refund. After staying at Puparrazi (the only place they ever interact with other dogs), my dogs fell ill last year. As a responsible and ethical dog owner, I immediately notified the managers in writing and quarantined my dogs for two months. The managers did not inform any of the other pet parents, and even hid this from some employees who were shocked to hear the news after I informed them when we returned two months later. Puparazzi continued to lie and send out emails to all of its patrons that there were no known cases of the respiratory disease or any illnesses at the facility. It is extremely negligent to put all other dogs' health and safety at risk by lying to patrons who continue to put their trust in your organization and bring their dogs to your facility. Many dogs in LA have died from this disease and if their owners had known of possible exposure they could have saved them. This place puts profits above dogs health and safety. Lastly, the staff is poorly trained and has no idea how to appropriately deal with dogs often having fights breakout (my dogs have come up home with bloody cuts many times) and have their staff baiting dogs for pictures (a very dangerous practice for anyone who knows anything about dogs). They have tried to offer me free stays and I continue to decline because it is not a safe place for anyones dogs. I incurred thousands of dollars in vet bills and emergency hospitalizations due to the unprofessional, unsafe, dangerous and negligent actions of Puparazzi. If you care about your pet's safety, avoid at all costs.

Pups did well. It's nice to have the camera feeds so you can watch the pups interacting. The report card is also nice.

I was a client of Tender Loving Care for over 17 years, then PetRock Hotel and Spa bought the company, keeping some employees. I have purebred show dogs and they have been groomed by the same employee for year's as this person knows the breed and knows how to groom them. No bones to pick with the employee. It was the new OWNER of PetRock Hotel and Spa. Apparently the NEW owner told the "bather boy" to take care of my dog despite that the only employee for 17 years + has groomed my show dogs. THIS was a SERIOUS PROBLEM AS My dog came back butchered! This is a spitz breed that carries a lot of coat and HUGE ruff which was mutilated to almost nothing but 2 inches!! My poor dog looks awful and looks like a starving coyote!! Plus, I have been charged almost double since the new owner took over and also charged me credit card fees in excess of $5 per dog. IF YOU HAVE SHOW DOGS, DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. They don't known how to groom show dogs they are just clipper hacks that charge way to much money to butcher your dog!! NEVER COMING BACK!! Below are photos of what my dog should look like in full coat, and what the dog looked like after I picked up my dog, which is naked. I can't even show my dog for at least 6 months due to the hair being pulled out. The regular groomer, Miguel has always groomed my dog but for some reason the new owner let a totally untrained rookie hack and wanna be groomer pull out all my dog's hair for a bath and blow dry only!! UNBELIEVABLY PISSED OFF!!

I saw that so many people recommended Doggie Goddess on Reddit when I was scouring the internet to find the most trustworthy boarding facilities. So, I took a leap of faith and brought Finley all the way from Santa Barbara to be boarded with them for a week while I was in London. My first impression of the owner, Traci, was over the phone and immediately, it was clear how committed she was to providing the utmost love, comfort, and fun to the dogs in her care. Doggie Goddess posts photos and videos on their social media every day so that you can see firsthand throughout the day how much your furry loved one is being cared for, along with the other dogs that they make friends with and play with. You will quickly notice why so many individuals have recommended their services so highly: all the lovely women who make this place so special. Finley thrived with Doggie Goddess, and I will, without a doubt, only be taking him here for all future daycare and boarding services. Thank you again to Traci and her team of incredible women who gave Finley such an amazing first boarding experience!! I am so grateful to have found them.

Be careful about looking at all the good reviews about Diana and look at the few that are bad,…read morebecause while she has alot of good reviews, the bad ones are BAD. This is something I failed to do when I hired Diana last year to walk my dog daily during the week while I was at work. Diana was terrible and I would never recommend her as a dog walker. I also waited a year to post this after I moved from LA, because I was afraid about backlash (based on a previous review that someone left where Diana refused to give back his keys and was a nightmare to deal with). It started when Diana couldn't even get my name right when I called her and left a voicemail and she called me back, I had to remind her to send me daily texts that she arrived to my place to walk my dog (something she assured me she would do and is not my job to remind her to do while I am working), she once showed up an hour late to walk my dog and told me she was running late after she showed up an hour late (? wouldn't be that hard to send me a text at the time she was supposed to walk my dog to let me know she was running late? Make it make sense), was not affectionate at all with my dog when she picked her up to walk her (viewed via doggie camera), started rummaging through my clothing drawers/cabinets and continued to do so after I told her I saw her on my doggie-camera and asked her to politely stop. Unnecessary and inappropriate to rummage through my belongings for no reason. It was the last straw and I fired her. However, after reading through the Yelp reviews after I saw her going through my personal belongings and found the terrible reviews--I was afraid to fire her outright. So I had to come up with a lie to get her to return my keys. Fortunately, it didn't get messy. Based on some old reviews, Diana has claimed to not know people who left her bad reviews, so that might happen here--but I have screenshots of her rummaging through my personal belongings in my dresser. I uploaded photos of proof of her rummaging through my belongings, Venmo transactions, and text messages.

It's amazing to see how much he's grown in such a positive way. What really sets The Ranch apart is how much they focus on the owner, too. Importantly, they've helped me understand how to properly train Monty and step into a clear, confident leadership role for him. That guidance has been huge--it's not just about what happens during training, but how we continue it at home every day. They take the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident moving forward. Because of that, the results feel lasting and sustainable, not temporary.
