We love the 24x7 access for the area that makes planning our doggy spa days super convenient. They have 2 bath stations and a heated drying station. When I picked up my dog at the end of the trip, he looked not himself -- instead of cheerfully greeting me, he seemed slow and not even been able to focus on anything. When we got home, he was lying on the floor started panting. The panting got worse and he coughed very bad throughout the day. I had to take him to the vet the next day, spent $200+ dollars for the vet visit. I had no idea how he was treated during the stay at Pooch Pad but I would never ever take my baby back there!

I was told they cannot service her because of her age. That it might cause too much stress and anxiety. I'm thinking to myself, she's getting her nails clipped not going skydiving. So, they lost a long time customer over a policy, which I never heard of, didn't see posted, never heard of any other company following the same practice. So, I drive a quarter mile to Dirty Dogs next to Subway off Creedmore Road. No questions asked, they serviced Lilo and was done in 10 minutes.

Well when she was done with her grooming she didn't want to leave Angelica so she let Mia stay with her until it was time to pick her up instead of playing. She did come home with kennel cough the first time but never had an issue since.
