I came in at 4:15 pm with a specific look in mind and showed Ricardo a photo for reference. He didn't just get close--he executed it exactly as I envisioned. Whatever shampoo and perfume Tara uses on Phoebe smells soooooo good. I love that Tara keeps track of each client. She keeps notes on Phoebe's haircuts. At each drop off, she asks to do "same as last time" which makes it so easy. No need to over explain. Any special requests, I just ask or let her know. Easy as that. Pickup is just as easy. You are in and out. Make sure to close the gate behind you. I really appreciate the occasional photo updates and the festive bows or bandanas during any special holidays.
