Once I got home I was checking her paws to see the job they did on her nails and found that they cut them way to close to the quick. I don't see bleeding but three of the nails had the keratin crushes on top of being so close. She is not letting me touch her paws much. I'm monitoring to make sure she does not get an infection or start licking those nails. Not the best impression. On the positive, the ladies there seem to be very nice and loving with the dogs (observed behavior).

Every time she would rush and clip and make them bleed and yelp aloud! They're so traumatized we had to stop trimming their nails. We couldn't wait anymore so I asked a friend and she referred us to Puppy Love! We had a phone consult that made me feel so at ease I couldn't wait to meet these ladies. They indicated that one will hold and comfort while the other clips. It worked well this is just our first visit.
