Owning a business is one thing, but not having professional leadership skills to communicate with patrons, particularly loyal customers, is a detriment to service. Every time she would rush and clip and make them bleed and yelp aloud! They're so traumatized we had to stop trimming their nails. We couldn't wait anymore so I asked a friend and she referred us to Puppy Love! We had a phone consult that made me feel so at ease I couldn't wait to meet these ladies. They indicated that one will hold and comfort while the other clips. It worked well this is just our first visit.
