I wanted to share my experience to help other dog owners, especially those with anxious or high-risk dogs. Before booking, I clearly explained that my dog, Coco, is extremely anxious, panics during grooming, and is a flight risk. I specifically requested two groomers so that one could hold her at all times while the other groomed her. This was discussed and agreed to before the appointment was scheduled. When the groomers arrived, I again explained in detail that Coco is a very scared, nervous dog who panics during grooming and may try to run away. I emphasized that she is a flight risk and made it clear that one person needed to hold her at all times while the other groomed her. I also instructed them that Coco needed to be returned to me with her harness and leash on because if she got loose, she would run and not come back. Coco is a small 8-pound dog, and her reactions are fear-based. When she panics, she tries to escape and may scratch while trying to get away. I intentionally only gave them Coco first and did not hand over my second dog so both groomers could focus entirely on her and keep the situation safe and under control. About 20 minutes later, one of the groomers came to get my second dog. Before handing him over, I specifically asked how Coco was doing and was told she was "fine," other than not liking her feet touched. Based on that, I trusted the situation was under control. Shortly afterward, I received a call that Coco had scratched one of the groomers while panicking. My concern is not that Coco is an anxious dog. I was completely transparent about that before booking and again when the groomers arrived. My concern is that the handling plan we discussed was not followed. One groomer left Coco to retrieve my second dog, despite my repeated instructions that both groomers needed to remain with her throughout the grooming process. After the incident, one of the groomers acknowledged that she should not have left Coco to get my second dog. This situation was preventable had the agreed-upon handling plan been followed. Another serious concern was that Coco was returned to me without her harness or leash on, despite my repeated instructions that she is a flight risk. In my opinion, ensuring a frightened dog is properly secured before returning her to the owner is a basic safety practice. I was also charged an additional fee because Coco was considered a difficult dog. At no point before or during the appointment was I informed that an additional fee could apply for a nervous or difficult dog. If that is company policy, it should be disclosed before the appointment so customers can make an informed decision. After I privately contacted the company to discuss these concerns before posting a review, their response focused primarily on recommending that Coco be sedated. I had already explained that Coco had been given veterinarian-prescribed medication before her appointment. More importantly, my concerns about leaving Coco without both groomers present and returning her without her harness and leash were never acknowledged or addressed. I fully understand that not every groomer is the right fit for every dog. However, I believe owners who are completely transparent about their dog's behavior should reasonably expect that the agreed-upon handling plan and basic safety precautions will be followed. I gave the company the opportunity to address these concerns privately before posting this review. Unfortunately, the safety issues I raised were never acknowledged. The pricing was not clear at all. The original quote was $486, yet the total somehow ended up being $580, and that's not even including the $80 tip we gave the groomer. I was told the total would be $480 if payment was made through Zelle, but the groomer never gave my partner the option to pay using Zelle. As a result, we were charged a higher price. I don't consider that transparent or honest business practice. Whether this was due to poor communication, basic math errors, or misleading pricing, it left a very negative impression. I personally will not be doing business with a company that cannot clearly explain its pricing. I hope others read this review before deciding to use their services. read more

They refuse to take any responsibility. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! UPDATE: After much arguing with the owner they gave me my refund after blaming me. When the gentleman arrived he was kind and appeared to be knowledgeable when we spoke about Lola's grooming. When I first saw her her hair was much too short but I didn't complain. I was happy to see a clean groomed dog. In spite of the hair being too short... I tipped them well everyone was happy. Our transaction was over....... Lola and I had play time and when I felt her Ear (that has a mole on it) I saw that it was shaved off on the top with some blood around. Not one person mentioned that to me. That is just not Good Business! Overall I would have excepted the short hair but not cutting my dog and not mentioning it. I'm so disappointed read more
