I took my dog Poopsie there as she looked like a little ragamuffin. When I came back to get her, she looked more beautiful than ever. She also smelt like a sweet little baby. They know what they are doing with dog grooming . I already know that as this place was a recommend. What I really want to tell you about is their customer service. In a world where most businesses act like they are doing you a favor taking your money, that is not what happened here. I was having a hectic day and my car was acting. My schedule was changing. I thought get poopsie, go home and just relax. Nope my car died in their parking lot. Took 3 days to fix and they never complained. Thank you Puppy Love!!! read more

we brought our dog (small 20lb mix chihuahua) and the staff is very friendly! Dog was a little late coming out but overall we were very pleased with the job done. The prices are affordable for the very low income family we are, and although we only do this once in a while for special occasions we would definitely return! Taking our bosses dog there this Friday as it's 100.00 cheaper than their regular groomer!! Will give additional review at that time. I have been taking my dogs there for 10years. My current dog, has anxiety issues but seems to be excited every time I take her there. She even whines when we drive by hoping I will stop. Cash is great! Very accommodating and she does a good job and I would recommend her. We were visiting the area and out two dogs needed grooming. My fogs looked fabulous! I wish she was on my hometown!

Had to do a follow up because....my dog started having some sort of reaction with her sensitive skin the next day to the normal shampoo they use. I contacted them and they got her back in immediately and re-washed her with oatmeal shampoo and no extra cost. They marked her records to make sure for future visits. Great job guys! read more

Don't let the outside or inside fool you to not coming here. Yes, it looks rundown but the services and prices are amazing. I've taken my fluffy poodle mix here twice and both times have been very pleased. He goes in looking like chewbacca but comes out like chewbacca meeting the queen for tea. I take my Chihuahua to Puppy Love to get his nails clipped and the ladies there are great! They are fast and efficient and priced right. Staff was nice that's about it.... I had an appointment for my dog @12 I dropped him off @11:45 told the lady I wanted a teddy bear cut she said the dog would be done by 3pm. 3:45pm I go to get my dog lady says he's not finished yet to come back a quarter after 4.. Came back at 4:30 they gave me my dog looking like all they did was give him a quick trim, he had a choppy looking hair cut I could've done myself & they nipped his penis! I think the workers probably forgot about my dog & tried to give him a quick cut instead of just telling me either they didn't have time to cut him or they didn't know how to do the cut I wanted. read more

It's a very small place, but the ladies that work there are very nice and quick to help me. I only take my dog in for nail trims but they quickly come out and trim them and for only $5 while my Vet is like $12! read more

Puppy Love was recommended to us by our daughter in law and I'm so glad she told us about this place! We have two small house dogs, one Maltese and one mixed breed. NOT the place to take your pet! We had a 10:30 apt and our lovely spaniel was put into a crate and three hours later when we returned to pick him up he hadn't been touched! They had forgotten about him & forgot to water him or let him out. almost 100 degrees today! It's my opinion that they caused neglect and animal abuse to our loved one. I needed a short notice appointment. Explained my dog had an important meeting. She is a service dog and was going to meet her new little girl. Explained she needed a nice clip and foo foo'd up. I was assured she would be ready by 4. I dropped her off at 12:45. I arrived at 4pm. My dog was not clipped yet. They put her on the table and proceeded to butcher the cut. Kohlie is coal black, Her face has white racer stripes on it from shaving her forehead too close. One side has a 2" white stripe the other part of her eye brow is white. The rest of the cut was different lengths between legs, sides and close cut on the top of her butt. The crowning glory... a 4 " wide white swath up her backside, they shaved her woo woo. PLEASE you would have to see what this dogs looks like to appreciate the little girls and parents reaction to her groom. OMG.... I strongly suggest using caution when going to these people. I have NEVER seen such a bad cut, They charged for that cut with no apologies. NO I did not call them or go back. The vets office all got a great laugh at her backside. Unbelievable just unbelievable. Needless to say the meeting did not go very well with a dog that looked like a 5 year old have been playing with the dog. SO Sad..........They got a one star because there is nothing less to give them. How can I be greatful for fitting me in when they butchered her. Pics avail upon request. read more

I took my dog here to be groomed, had reservations right away when we walked in, multiple animals here needing to be groomed barking and stressed. I specified while making my pet her appointment that I DID NOT want her to sit in a kennel ALL day and that if they could not groom her and have her back to me quickly I could bring her another day. I was reassured she would be done in two hours. She was dropped off at 10:30am. My pet was not matted or excessively dirty as she is groomed regularly, brushed at home daily. I went over having her "feathers" trimmed and feet done to "neat feet" and also a ring shaved under her neck which it how you groom the breed she is, I was told "no problem." I called at 1pm after not hearing from them and was told she was not "dry" yet and they had to finish grooming two poodles before she would be done. To make a long story short my husband went to retrieve her at 4pm after not hearing from them all day. His first words to me when her got home were "did you ask them to trim her fur at all?" Her "feathers" hadn't been touched, feet were untrimmed and they ring shaved in her neck was a swatch of rectangular fur choppily cut off. I was very unhappy, her fur will grow back, but she was very very stressed from being in a kennel all day. So shotty job, took way longer than promised and I am not happy with the results. read more
