He first went for 7 nights when he was 4.5 months old and again for a 3 night refresher to reinforce existing skills and learn an important new command once he was more mentally mature at 7 months old. Kat took the time to really understand his lifestyle and shape his training goals with me ahead of both stays and both times we got back a happy, healthy and focused pup who loves to show off his tricks and manners! He was understandably a little nervous the first time we dropped him off but the second time he was thrilled to be back, which just shows how much fun he had there with her!! You can tell that Kat cares deeply about the dogs she works with and I'm so glad we found her out here in the desert. I highly recommend the customizable board and train service to provide structure, fundamentals and/or personalized learning (then you just need to stay consistent at home continuing to reinforce the new skills). I was present for the initial sedation but asked to be dismissed for the final procedure to which they were most empathetic in encouraging me to step outside with my other dog. Unexpectedly, but most appreciatively, after placing my departed dog on a stretcher and covering her, they had my other dog come in and be exposed to the new reality. It was something I was going to ask them to do anyway. My dog's reactions were quite amazing to behold, as he circled around the stretcher more than once, wagging his tail in acknowledgment. He walked away for a moment then returned again and then moved on after that point. I was also asked to assist in taking one end of the stretcher (in a way I felt like I was one of her pall bearers) out to their vehicle, which was most helpful to me in also experiencing a sense of closure. For such a difficult time, this was by far a much better option than taking her into a clinical environment, one that in her younger days was always most difficult for my dog to enter into because she was kind of an introverted homebody who became quite nervous in places she was unfamiliar with, e. g., periodic visits for rabies shots, etc. I can only offer my deepest thanks and highest recommendation for this unusual yet so very needed service run by truly sensitive, gentle, kindhearted and professional people.

I let whoever was on the phone know I wasn't able to afford it and she sharply and quickly said "ok have a good day" and hung up. Quite rude knowing I'm calling about horrible and sad circumstances, not just any regular services on a regular day. Glad I didn't go with them as it seems there was no respect on the other side of the phone, would have hated for them to be handling my sweet boy. For context, I called another place earlier, same situation and rather than rudely hanging up quickly, they offered condolences and to send references for other places.

Bowzer's is not the cheapest groomer in town but I do not put a price on the care my dog gets. They have never treated our dogs poorly or have hurt them. Dirty carpets looking two colors, one wall to wall so wet it took 9 hours to dry with three windows open. The carpets felt stiff like they weren't rinsed well. Whatever was used on the carpets made my feet on fire! I scrubed them , lotion them with no relief. The chemicals literally burned my feet!. I had to apply persription medicine on them to get the burning raw feeling to stop so I could sleep. TODAY....Semper FI's crew showed up on time, read the labels on the back of the carpets to determine how they should be cleaned, measured the carpets, explained how each carpet should be cleaned and then presented their quote. The process put me at ease knowing I had professionals about to clean my carpets. The carpets look amazing feel like they should and will be dry in less than an hour and very soft to walk on. I called the owner the minute they walked out to thank him for saving our carpets and me! I am unable to give them more than 5 stars so I will be their walking advertising and will spread my praise of their company to all on the social media sites I am on!!!

She was coming into her summer coat so she had some fur tuffs sticking out before I gave her to this facility. I have taken her 2 times now to this place and each time she has came out damp and still shedding A Lot. Not impressed and not wasting my money on a subpar groomer. If you have any double coated pets I recommend Puppy Love. They do a way better job for a better price! Also FYI she is NOT a difficult dog to handle I've asked and they always say she's one of the easiest dogs!
