He was understandably a little nervous the first time we dropped him off but the second time he was thrilled to be back, which just shows how much fun he had there with her!! Dr. Solimon and his nurse were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and helped make an incredibly difficult day a little less stressful. She was coming into her summer coat so she had some fur tuffs sticking out before I gave her to this facility. I have taken her 2 times now to this place and each time she has came out damp and still shedding A Lot. Not impressed and not wasting my money on a subpar groomer. If you have any double coated pets I recommend Puppy Love. They do a way better job for a better price! Also FYI she is NOT a difficult dog to handle I've asked and they always say she's one of the easiest dogs!
