Different Owners !? I was charged $72.00 per dog. When the dog -1 hadn't even had his nails cut.. . 2and my 4 lb Yorkshire Terrier Hair had Not been Cut.. all but , bits and pieces .. in good standing . I called to remedy this. All I GOT was A RUDE TOUNGE LASHING & was made to feel like a 4th grader . Welcome to the New World No MORALS or CODE OF CONDUCT . I was called a LIAR. ~PROJECTION OF ANGER ! ~ KICK THE DOG ! We absolutely love Puppy Luv!!! Our family has 3 dogs who love to go here!! Nala- Yellow Lab Arya- King German Shepherd Valentina- Toy maltipoo puppy My dog is Valentina, and I was so nervous about her getting her first grooming! For her first grooming they recommend a puppy grooming! She looked so pretty, and was in a great mood after! Her second grooming I wanted her to get a hair cut and they did such a great job! They are very responsive and I love that they have an option to send text messages for arrival and pick up! I get super busy so this is very convenient for me!

Very disappointed! I brought my puppy for a full grooming and cut but per the lady in charge, he needs to come in 2 or 3 more times to get used to the grooming. That is unacceptable. My puppy is very calm and would not be difficult to deal with. She said we only do what the puppy allows, but in this case it seems they didn't even try. His nails were clipped and face was trimmed along with bath and brush... I did emphasize when I dropped him off that I wanted his hair CUT. He had some knots around his belly but not close to his skin so they could've been buzzed off with a machine. I asked the groomer if she cut anything and she said no. The lady in charge came out to reassure me that my puppy did not allow them to cut his hair and he would need 2 more visits. I will not be returning here... especially because when I questioned what they did- lady in charge got upset and became rude and walked away. Bad customer service!!!!

My golden retriever is very anxious at the dog groomers. At the previous dog groomers, the groomers would come to the parking lot and yank him inside. He eventually was mortified to go to that groomer, so I started bringing him here. The workers take their time to familiarize themselves with my pooch and are extremely friendly. Most importantly, my baby is comfortable and not anxious. He walks right on in there! Very happy with their service. I will be bringing him here from now on :)

Found this place randomly as it's next to my dogs training. They were able to accept a walk in for the following day. They were finished within an hour since we arrived right at opening. They are really affordable and include pretty much everything in the price: wash, deshed, nails clipped, anal gland expression. She always smell so clean afterwards. Def recommend read more

I've tried a few different groomers over time, but Puppy Love stands out. I loved taking my previous dog there, and now with my two new Goldendoodles, it's still my go-to. My puppy is very calm and would not be difficult to deal with. She said we only do what the puppy allows, but in this case it seems they didn't even try. His nails were clipped and face was trimmed along with bath and brush... I did emphasize when I dropped him off that I wanted his hair CUT. I have been going to Puppy Luv for years. The staff there is great with pets. They actually care about the wellbeing of your pet rather than how many dogs they can cut a day to get maximum profits like the big retail outlets. As my dog became older the staff would let me know of the hardships they noticed and helped me in adjusting when I brought her since she needed more attention. They wanted to make sure that they could take their time and make her comfortable rather than potentially harm her trying to rush it. Unfortunately my pup left us this year but they treated her well up until the end, even suggesting things I could do at home to help her as she was starting to suffer vision loss and dementia. While I miss my dog I will always remember how hell they treated her and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place that will care for your dog and not just see them as a dollar sign. read more

DONT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE! They cut my dogs toe off!! Instead of saying sorry she started making excuses and acting so defensive. She even said "you signed a paper so you can't do anything about it?!! Like what?? You cut my doggies finger off and you can't even apologize??? AND When I took my dog in she gave me a higher price than over the phone because she was a bit matted. I was fine with it. THEN when my bf came to pick her up she charged us 110 instead of 75 because she was so matted??? She wasn't. my dog is a small maltipoo and she charged 110, so ridiculous. NEVER BRING YOUR PUP HERE read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been bringing my dog to this groomer for 10+ years and they have NEVER requested a rabies vaccine. I called today to schedule an appt and they said "we need the rabies vaccine." so I said ok fine. I called back and ALL OF A SUDDEN they said my dog needs 4 ADDITIONAL vaccines. are you freakin kidding me?? My dog is 16 years old & going blind. When I asked why all of a sudden I need all these shots and their answer is "because of covid". absolutely ridiculous. Take your babies some where else because obviously the owners of this establishment don't mind loosing a client of 10+ years. When I said well you'll be loosing a customer, all the receptionist said was OH WELL. read more

My mother in law took her kitty Nema to the groomers. I recommended them since they did a great job on my dog and it is close. Unfortunately, a couple days later we had to take Nema to the pet doctor. It turns out, she had fleas and she ate some. She had to have gotten them from Puppy Luv. Nema is an indoor cat that never goes outside. It caused problems with her stomach. $300 later and I will never go back. Sorry! You lost a regular customer. read more

Our not so pup anymore has been coming here for almost a decade; there was a short period that we moved a bit further, and we were torn when we couldn't take her here, but now we are back in the neighborhood and so glad to be back!! They are family owned and are always caring when it comes to our Mochi and also accommodating to my crazy schedule to fit her in! They know what type of cut I like and usually I just say keep her fluffy and they know what to do. With new protocols it's curbside, which is nice and seems convenient. Do not bring your pets here. My dog was traumatized after his visit. It took a week for him not to flinch if I tried to pet him. Saddest thing ever. No explanation from the groomer/owner. Besides being terrified of us when he got home he had the worse grooming I have ever seen. Completely uneven. Absolutely awful! read more

Oh my goodness, I LOVE taking my Yorkie here! Call early to make an appointment because they get booked fast! Same day appointments okay. Walk-ins are okay also! The staff is friendly and personable. Clean facility with samples of free dog food on the way out. You can tell your dog (or cat) is well taken care of here. Staff has a database of your past services. "Are we keeping his hair long with a little trim again or would you like his usual puppy cut this time?" Love the efficiency! Takes a few to two hours, just the right amount of time to run errands or spend a little alone time relaxing. They call to let you know once your pup is done being pampered. Puppy Luv provides such quality service. Well-groomed, clean cut, trimmed nails, clean anal glands, and soft, silky hair. Sometimes Achilles comes out looking like a whole 'nother puppy! OH and the bonus, your pup will always ends up with a cute little bandana on (usually based on the season) Perfect for making him look oh-so handsome for holidays and special occasions! I brought my dog here to get her nails clipped for the first time. I had read the great reviews and decided to check them out. Since covid is here- things have changed for businesses. They take precautionary measures and greet you at the parking lot. The young lady was so nice and brought my dog looking nice and her nails were great and she was not hurt. The WORST PLACE!!! to take your pet for grooming They are a Family business but don't have the Family care towards your pet. I never leave a comment unless I had a bad experience to informed people what kind of place it is. If you really care & love your pet don't bring them to this place is HORRIBLE!! From his haircut to his nail and oral care, every detail was handled with such precision and care. The transformation was remarkable. He looked clean, refreshed, and so well put together--and on top of that, he smelled incredibly good. Not just a quick "fresh out of the bath" scent, but that lasting, well-groomed, truly clean kind of fragrance that tells you he was cared for properly from start to finish. What stood out even more was how Ricardo handled him. Isaac can be selective and doesn't easily warm up to just anyone, but Ricardo has a natural way with dogs that immediately puts them at ease. There was a clear sense of trust and calm between them, and Isaac cooperated effortlessly throughout the entire process--which, for me, speaks volumes about Ricardo's patience, skill, and genuine connection with the pets he works with. I came in at 4:15 pm with a specific look in mind and showed Ricardo a photo for reference. He didn't just get close--he executed it exactly as I envisioned. The attention to detail, the balance in the cut, and the overall finish were all on point. It's not easy finding someone you fully trust with your fur baby, but this experience made it clear. I've also taken my Cane Corso and they are excellent with all the dogs and keep exactly how to handle them . I have to say they have excellent service . My dogs love going to them and feel comfortable and calm by how they're handled . They do it all and my doggies look Amazing and it's a pleasant experience for them . Phoebe has been coming to Tara since she was a puppy for almost 2 years. We are on a 5-6 week schedule. I've never taken Phoebe to anyone else and I probably never will. One thing I notice about Phoebe is that she loves coming to Grooming Day Salon. She doesn't try to runaway lol so that's a great sign! Overall happy with Phoebe's haircuts. Whatever shampoo and perfume Tara uses on Phoebe smells soooooo good. I love that Tara keeps track of each client. She keeps notes on Phoebe's haircuts. At each drop off, she asks to do "same as last time" which makes it so easy. No need to over explain. Any special requests, I just ask or let her know. Easy as that. Pickup is just as easy. You are in and out. Make sure to close the gate behind you. I really appreciate the occasional photo updates and the festive bows or bandanas during any special holidays. I have seen the last two bad reviews and just laugh at them the frist one I feel bad that you have to bash a great place and person. I have never had a problem with anything grooming,notes,or the staff. for the guy who brings his moms dogs in and doesnt like the late fee I love it cause I love I can get my dog as soon as there done I dont want to leave my dog sitting in a cage longer then they need to be if you cant make time to get your pets when there done then dont get your dogs done. would you leave your kids at school longer then they need to be?and for time change and closing I understand,why would they stay open for one or two dogs waiting around and lossing money if they dont have the dogs to make the money for the day why stay open for you are u going to pay there bills? puppy luv keep doging what your doing if u have to close early cause you dont have the dogs we understand love your staff and hate seeing nasty people writing just cause they cant take care of there dogs or care read more

here we go again yelp!!! just keep filtering out the wonderfully honest 5 star reviews, while you quickly leave those that unnecessarily tear a good business down!!!! do you really care when some messages are personal "hate" messages? wow, if only i had the money to pay for yelp to treat us fairly...puppy-luv will just keep putting their customers and their pets first which is why they are still growing by leaps and bounds!! we even exposed by evidence that a person posted a review for puppy-luv which is clearly the "wrong business"....and yelp left it anyway! wow....don't ever get on their bad side!! read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I called Puppy Luv around 9 a.m. this morning and was able to bring my Wolfee in for a grooming and was out by 11 a.m. He got a haircut, two washes, an anal gland cleaning and teeth cleaning. He looks like a brand new Chi. Their prices are affordable and their customer service is superb. I will definitely come back again. read more

I love puppy luv. They are very clean from what I can tell and they seem to clean my little girl wonderfully -- sometimes the haircut looks a little funny. They do a much better job than what I do myself and they are by far the best groomers I have been to. I would recommend this place to everyone!!! read more
